Извиняюсь если написано криво так как я из России.
У меня такая проблема:
При прошивке "Radio_Stack_Upgrade_v421" произошёл сбой и теперь мой XDA пишет :
Начинается процесс и на 1%
Flash Failed!
Press OK to restart your
device.
Пробовал "xda repair" непомогло.
Но после него хоть заработал PDA .
Правда заряд батареи не идёт.
HELP!

The problem was (as frog describe me yesterday by phone (and my previous message was only invitation to this conversation):
- someone get "enter your SIM PIN code" message during radio upgrade process (RSU 4.21)
- after few unsuccessful attempts to enter PIN he decided to remove SIM from xda. During radio upgrade.
- As a result, radio was restarted while RSU not finished.
Currently frog experiments with this device to solve the "RSU 1% Flash fail" problem. As he told me this message pops up with any RSU version running on any WinCE version available around here.
I think currently radio rom on this device is completely inoperable. And the only way to restore it is to reflash radio stack via SD card (yes, I know that nobody have this "PC Monitor") or by hardware programmator.
In other words, the situation is similar to others who kill they radio rom. And the problem is no xda services in Russia (this device is not officially distributed in Russia)
Current FROG questions are (they were asked here not once in this forum):
- is anybody knows what is "PC Monitor" required to flash radio via SD card and where to find it.
- is anybody have docs about radio module schematics. As far as I understand, Frog have possibility to reprogram almost any ROM chip used in wide spreeded mobile phones with hardware programmator.

2. Скинь образ радио стека на SD и попробуй содрать его xdarit'ом в файл. Если получится, то это наверняка будет как раз то что тебе нужно. Блин, говорила мне мама - учи английский

а с какого адреса он записывается в РОМ,так как РОМ вмещает 32Мбит,а RSUpgrade.cp64 немного меньше.

First of all it doesn't really matter. Second, as far as I know, there are few CDMA providers in Ukraine. ;-) Why do you care? Your English is pretty good... SF is specific to Verizon. However you may search Russian forums for international version of Samsung Galaxy, which is i9000 I guess. But, I'm not entirely sure... They might have original Russian locale from Samsung. Point is that Android and TW have to be pretty much the same on all Galaxy phones. All this stuff is stored in resources. If you find Russian resource, then it will be much more easier to find somebody who can incorporate it in build. It might be even possible simply drop files in and give them specific names, to make Android to pick them up. Even if not, then it will be better starting point then nothing. My Android knowledge is next to nothing, but that is how it usually works.

Why add in all the other localization stuff when 99% of the people will never use it. It would likely cause more problems for those not using it than it would fix for the 1% that would use it.

Understand that I'm not trying to bash you hear, but generally speaking, buying a phone exclusively sold on an American carrier expecting a language other than English or Spanish is setting yourself up for disappointment. That's just the reality of the American market. So, while I'd be glad to get proved wrong on this, I suspect nobody here is going to be able to help you directly. You might -- keyword might -- have more help asking in the international Galaxy S (i9000) forums, where there are Russian users and theoretically there could be a Russian developer who could figure out how to port a language.
Thanks everyone for help (with no sarcasm). But I was expecting, that someone do such locale porting, not exactly russian, but maybe other lang. About politics of Verizon, IMHO - it's not right. Galaxy S have this localizations and they have a possibility to flash them to the phone)

Его нет Варизон кормит обещаниями всю америку купившую этот галакси Я не знаю, но судя по постам, скоро будет гражданское не повиновение изза того что на фасцинейт нет новой прошивки 2,2 Короче тут явно всем не до русского, у самого такой же, про русский забыл сразу, сидим ждем фроё, хоть бы его суки дали. А пока только морлокаль и пистец Что самое интересное, что на все модели галакси уже вышел фроё, но только не на этот.

Насчёт проблем: такие мифические проблемы возникают, когда обновляют \ ставят прошивку без вайпа всего - это не касается ночных версий Cyanogenmod10 и CodefireX. Может, стоит перейти на вышеописанные проши.
