Can anyone please help, A few months ago i used the Manipulator to unlock my XDA and at the same time i changed the IMEI to my birthday,
Since then i have upgraded to SE rom 1.1 and now PPC2003, And the phone now has a faulty speaker and i need to send it back to o2 for repair, But i cant change the imie back to the original.
Can any one please help or advise me on what to do

Hi my question is is there a way to reinstall the simlock for t-mobile .nl
my mda is giving me problems keeps getting hard resets 3-4 times a week i have never had this problem with the rom i am using its been perfect for 7 months now
luckally i have a copy of the original t-mobile rom but i dont know a way to reinstall the simlock for the device.
The device is still under warrenty, But as you all probably know if you mess about with it the warranty voids.
I know for certian its not a software problem but definitly hardware related.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have never known the suppliers to check for simlock before replacing faulty phone.

I have my Qtek S200 with a ROM from DOP. Im using RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship-NoVendorID.zip ROM running very well, but my phone speaker is with problems(doesnt ring).
Soo I want to give the phone to the shop for repairing it, but i want to put an original ROM from QTEK on it to avoid warranty issues.
I tried to put RUU_Prophet_2090724_20907106_020720_QtekWWE_Ship.exe but without sucess. I think because im downgrading the ROM.
How can I solve my problem?

A you sure that it is sofware problem? Did you tryed Hardreset?
Post the full version data, especially SPL las for digits 0000 or 0001
The downgrade from dop2.15 has a little problem... Use search.

i am sandy from india and i got one problem from 3 months a go. the problem is restartin my o2 again and again automattically. i am really very tired for it and i made everything possible 4 it like changing rom version and i used more than 8 rom version and radio stack also but i cant find solution for restarting automattically of my o2 xda mini.
is and body can help me for my trouble.

if i understood u then ur phone keeps resetting. if that is the problem then i dont think updating ur ROM wil help. something is broken inside the phone. u will have to fix that broken part. hope this helps!!
May be i am too late to reply to ur query but anyways on the back side of your phone near the battery there is a small switch put a tape on it and your problem is solved
Hello, i have a problem with my HTC Trinity, since a few days, i can't connect to my network (Orange), but i can connect to other networks with an other sim (because my trinity is unlocked).
I have found that my IMEI was altered, i think i can put the imei number here because is not a really IMEI: 359426000000007, but on the back of my Trinity, only the 7 last numbers are differents. How i can restore the good IMEI ? And why the IMEI was altered like this ?
I did some research on how change this number but i can't found anything about this version of HTC. Please help me i can't use the telephone fonction in my principal network.

Thank you for your response, i have actually a DOPOD official WM6.
I have tested to downgrade to a WM6 FAMAN and after a DOPOD official WM6 and WM5, but the IMEI don't change (only the last number change). I was return after to the WM6 dopod.
Before, I was tested many other ROM, and the problem is i don't know when exactly the changement was gone because i was'nt in my country for 2 month, i have used an other operator and the ROM i was tested was upgraded during these two months was : Faman & Schap's (french rom) and the FInixNOver, i had no problem before come back in france...
(I had tested also to upgrade the ROM Radio, but nothing too.)
I have read that we have to upgrade to a backup, but i have no backup, i have tested to using a tty program but i'm not good in this domain.

The first 8 digits in the EMEI number are make and software version.
The other digits are problably overwritten by a software change. (unlock, flash, upgrade, etc)
Try EMEI CHANGER in Google
I already did this kind of search, but nothing for trinity.
what is your radio firmware version now?

Don't work with trinity... changing of radio don't change anything.
I think the only option is get back to HTC in your country than doing too many resettings which make things worst.... I got mine "hang", after too many setting and reflashing..... ;(

The seller told me that the htc was unlocked to portuguese card´s...
I put a vodafone, or TMN card, i can see the contacts, and the messages, but the phone does not comunicate with outside, don´t make calls, dont recieve call´s, don´t send messages, don´t receave messages, and after a wille, the phone start´s searching the wire of my card´s....
Can anyone help me please??

The SPL is 3.07.cmon
Update your radio.
Update your ipl and spl to 3.10CMON.
It's possible your phone has the same problem that some members (including myself) are seeing, a problem with the GSM radio. As far as anyone's been able to tell, it's a hardware problem. Try updating the radio and/or re-flashing a new rom, but if it still doesn't work after that you will need to get it repaired. I'm still waiting to hear back from the guy I bought mine from, to see if he can get it fixed under warranty, but most likely I'll have to get HTC to repair it themselves. Hopefully it won't cost too much...
Just one last note, if you bring your phone down for a warrenty repair, like I did.
Flash your phone to stock 6.1 ROM available at the Elf Upgrading forum (Which is right beside this forum)
Than flash your IPL and SPL to 2.x
