One month ago i bougth a TMobil XDA in the USA.
The ROM version it came is 3.08.10 ENG and the radio version is 6.02
I want to upgrade but I don't want to use the TMobile new versión,
Can I upgrade to an other major versión from other provider?
and can I only upgrade the rom?

Ok if I wanted to upgrade my Tmobile to ATT's ROM but didn't want to include the radio update how would I do that? If I used adaptROM on the ROM update from Siemens doesn't that upgrade the radio as well?
Can someone tell the frequency of T-Mobile Rom Version 4.00.10 ENG, , Radio Version: 6.24.00? I'm planning to flash the new ROM and Radio 6.24 to my Singapore XDA (GSM900/GSM1800 Dual-Band). I don't know if it works.
I made a RSU upgrade to my xdaI and my phone aren't function at the moment...
it can't register to the network.
I live in portugal, and the original network is optimus.
How can i downgrade the rsu to is original state?

unfortunetly i dont know what is my RSU version I live in portugal and my operator is Otimus (if this can help!?!?!?!)
At the moment my device is:

Rom Date - 02/04/04
Radio version - 4.21.00

The upgrade history is this:
I have a Qtek1010;
I install one version of T-Mobile Rom;
I upgraded with another version of t-mobile ruu and rsu.
After seeing that my cell phone didn't work i decided to install O2 rsu to see if it works... and it's unoperacional at the moment!

Contact the dealer who sold you the Qtek and ask how you can get the latest officially supported version of OS and radio installed.
I'd like to install the latest Radio Stack Version for AT&T or TMobile, I use AT&T service so I was thinking the ATT RS would be best - but are there any reasons to use the TMo RS instead? I'm running the AT&T A.30.09 ROM. Also, where can I get the latest RSU? I've currently got the AT&T A.20.10 RS.

ROM Date 09/24/03
Radio Ver 1.05.12
Protocol Ver 1337.12
I am based in the UK.
Please can anyone tell me what this means.
Is this the same as an English rom?
If not what are the differences?
I have unlocked the device and a T-mob phone card works ok.

yes unlocked it should work just fine but likely the gprs and mms settings would be preset to the us operator
but you could change those
it's triband so it's 900/1800/1900 so like nokida or what ever it should work everywhere
