Hi all,
unfortunately, the left-most button broke a little bit on my unit (TS10). It seems that the lowest part broke off somehow but it still stays together by the top. I was thinking that perhaps it would be possible to re-solder it back in shape, but i wonder if anyone here knows how difficult (or easy?) it would be to separate the unit in order to get at the button PCB?

Hi!
As the title says, a clearer strip has appeared from one day to the next on the screen of my device. It is an 8227L like many of you have and I would like to know if it has happened to any of you and if you have been able to solve it.
I have tried to reset from the factory settings menu, but something tells me that it will be a matter of Hardware rather than Software
Any comments are welcome, thank you.

So I installed my 2nd unit, as i managed to short the first one and the soundchip stopped working. So I got the new one (better screen resolution and better CPU/ Ram and Rom. Comparing the 2 screens I think the new one is off. Any ideas on how to fix it?

When you say 'brushing' do you mean that you applied some physical force to it? Those controls seem quite flimsy, you may have broken its connections on the circuit board. Maybe open it up and look for breaks?

really happy with my head unit apart from the reverse camera (didn't come with it, I bought separate from ebay) the display is upside down.
Is there anyway to correct this thru software? As I glued it on so it would stay on the van for long time.

I recently lost power while trying to flash this unit and now i have no reaction from the unit when powered on. Looking for test points to try that approach. is a 10.1 inch android 11 alsp8227l_demo. i have pictured below the image of the board front and back. Any help would be much appreciated and thank you in advance!!
