Greeting,
Im trying to share internet via USB cabel. (with WiFi all works).
At phone: I changed USB connection after plugging cabel to: "ask". If I connect tha USB cable I choose "Internet". I have ActiveSync at PC. With WM all works. Also I have installed drivers and Kies.
Now I am at state when Im plugges USB cable, select "internet", my PC found this network (Samsung Android USB Nemote NDIS network Device). I have IP 192.168.1.100, gate 192.168.1.254. PINGs work but Internet does NOT.
I can ping goole.com (by name or IP), I cant resolve IP (no DNS..) etc.
Any help or suggestions? Thanks.
Im on Samsung Glaaxy S 2.2 (JM2), and Windows XP SP3
When connecting my Le Pro3 to my windows 10 PC it doesn't detect it at all. There is nothing that comes up in the device manager for it. I've tried changing the USB debugging option and rebooting the phone and PC but nothing seems to work. What I'm trying to do is get adb to see the device, but I can't even get it to come up as USB storage. Has anyone else had a similar issue with the Le Pro3?
Try anotherr USB cable and another USB port, preferably one on the rear of the pc.
Apart from that no ideas at the moment, sorry.
I think it is USB port issue. My laptop have two USB 2.0 ports and 1 USB 3.0 ports. the phone is only detected at my usb 3.0 port not 2.0.. if i connect to 2.0 it will just charging and no usb option pop up. but 3.0 everything works fine
Mine had problem with sync. Can transfer from some files but imposible to in music folder. Wipe helped. The official one, x720, 18s.
Had this issue. Attempt turning USB debugging OFF. Then plug it in. Allow windows to completely install devices drivers. Then do it again with USB debugging on.
I think I fixed this issue by uninstalling the Le Pro 3 drivers in Device Manager and plugging the phone back into the PC. Not sure why but that worked for me. My laptop is Windows 10.
I fixed it by using a different cable. I used a micro usb cable with an adapter. I don't know why the stock cable wouldn't work

Yep, disabling USB debugging in the USB connection menu works!
I did this from this video and it worked.
I got this problem when I got my phone.
The problem was that I was using an USB extention to try to connect to my PC. Just plug ur TYPE-C cable directly to the usb port of the PC.
I'm running VNS-L31C16B125, EMUI 4.1.3, Android 6 and trying to connect to my Mac (10.11.6)
Since the latest Huawei firmware upgrade (which I installed last week) the Android File Transfer dialog is not opening when I connect my phone to my Mac via USB. The phone charges when connected to the Mac by USB, but the transfer options do not open on connection and the Mac tells me no phone is plugged in. I had no issues previously.
Things I've tried:
- Changed the USB cable (using the one that came with my phone) - no luck
- Checked 2x different cables with another Android phone - both worked 100% with the other phone (Samsung)
- Tried different USB ports - both work fine with the other phone I'm testing, but not with my Huawei
- After updating my phone I noticed that Dev Mode was disabled - I reactivated Dev Mode by tapping the build number, turned on USB debugging, selected USB config and selected MTP, restarted phone and computer - no luck
I can't find any other options or suggestions online. Hoping you guys can help.
Hi guys,
I'm trying to connected to Nexus 6P (8.1) from my Pc
I connect it and it charges, but there's no ability to see its files. I've tried the following:
Changing USB Configuration in Developer Options to/from MTP.
Switching USB ports on computer (neither USB 2.0 / 3.0 Nothing)
Switching computers ( no luck)
Switching cables (no luck)
Switching Windows 10/7 (no luck)
Looking for the device manager on Windows- doesn't show up
Enabling/disabling USB debugging
Downloading Nexus Root Toolkit to download drivers (says "ADB device was not found." USB debugging has no effect)
Please help!
I have this Eonon Ga2168SR head unit, which has only USB Type-A male connectors. I got a USB type-A extension (male/female) and it works just fine when connecting cameras, flash drives, keyboard and mouse but when I try to use it as a connection with my laptop (male/male) no new device is recognized (device manager on windows and lsusb command on linux). ADB works just fine on wi-fi though but I need to flash firmware in fastboot mode.
I couldn't find out if the problem is the cable, the firmware that blocks this kind of connection or whatsoever. Has anyone had success on this?
I can post pictures of the unit's board, if required.
Thanks
