hey, u can download custom rom for ur android box like i did that comes already rooted by magisk, but u need to bypass safety net with
Shamiko or Universal SafetyNet Fix + MagiskHide Props.

You have to flash XPosed for touchwiz by wanam, then download the Xposed Installer app from google play store. Don't use the built-in installation since it doesn't work with touchwiz based roms.

I`ve tried to install Viper4android in the device. But it failed everytime. It says "processing - No". And it really does not work (cause there is no change in sound).
I`ve installed busybox and flashed the viper4android su-policy zip.
But It failed.
Is there anyone who use Viper in A8 successfully ?
I need help to fix ths Viper issue.

Samsung kernels are hard selinux enabled so it cant be changd to permissive. Ask your device developver to provide a kernel which has selinux disabled.

[App][v3.2] ViPER4Android MK-Mod, the thing is both SuperSU & Busybox must be flashed through Recovery!!

I`ve tried this one. But it also failed. It also asked for driver installation everytime I opened.
I think for successfully working viper we must have a custom kernel with permissive mode for this device. But as I`ve said earlier that there is no such development for the same.
Would You share any other options ?

yes mate i was referring to this one, i tried it all run smoothly but after some time i got a notification saying "unauthorised actions has been detected. Restart your device to undo any unauthorised changes." Don't know how to fix it yet. I guess we have to deactivate system scan. i didn't test viper though.

i reverted back to stock kernel. and no i don't use any soundmod for the moment, just bought the phone i'll check out later.

I made a backup of boot.img using twrp before flashing the other one. So i just restored it.

By flashing one the kernels we have here, using a custom ROM.. I assume you just want to read it in settings right? Because there's no going back to "real" official

Yes! I know tlis not comming back. The issue is im trying to watch netflix on my TV. Im able to watch netflix on the phone but if I use screen mirroring i can olny hear the audio and subtitles on the TV and the screen is black. Can you check if the same happen to you? Please

I'm afraid I can't help since I don't use netflix but I can reproduce youtube, gallery videos etc on the TV without issues

This is possible to do. Just change one system application (system/app/SysScope/SysScope.apk) with this modified and after reboot will be system status: official. ?

I'm using the stock marshmallow firmware rooted via magisk v23 but failed to pass safetynet.
Successfully installed Dolby Atmos and viper4fx and xposed for hiding red statusbar.
