I have oem and bootloader unlocked and usb debugging everything is enable
and i flash twrp and tried orangefox and both give a successfull result and flash is done (via fastboot and powershell) and after i click Power+(Vol)+ it just goes to Redmi Recovery
so any solution?
another problem
when i finish flashing in fastboot i shut down the device and then hold Vol+ and Power
but it just freezes in "Redmi" logo

I recently rooted my Redmi 3S after unlocking my bootloader ( yes, applying for a request from the mi unlock page and everything) (not pro not prime, just the 3S)
I was on MIUI8, the most latest version ( I know this because I went to software update page and no updates were available. lol )
I proceeded to unlock my bootloader via the MIUnlock program ( nope, no errors, no 50% stuck issues) and flashed twrp and stuff from this link http://xiaomitips.com/guide/how-to-flash-twrp-and-root-redmi-3s/
Then I proceeded to flash LineAgeOS and from there whenever i try to reboot into recovery ( yes, i have the advanced reboot options) it just reboots into the main os completely skipping the recovery. I found this strange the first time and thought it was my mistake. But I tried volume down+power which is just Fastboot all the time. I tried volume up+power too, it just stays on the Mi screen. But whenever i run the twrp-installer.bat i got from the http://xiaomitips.com/guide/how-to-flash-twrp-and-root-redmi-3s/ it boots into TWRP. so, basically there is no twrp for me to access without me having access to a computer. I tried copying the recovery.img onto my phone and tried installing it as an image into the recovery. but same issue persists. I just can't access the twrp recovery without using a computer. Please help
Edit : I disabled dm-verify too
I had the same problem with my Redmi 3s 2/16
For me works
WITH OPEN BOOTLOADER
I flashed TWRP with Fastboot
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
>>>directly after flashing<<<
1.) Push Vol+ and Vol- and Power at the same time
2.) If you see the MI-Logo release ONLY the Powerbutton and wait
3.) With a little bit luck you are now entering TWRP
4.) If not, do not release Vol+ and Vol-, the Devicescreen went totally black
5.) Do not release Vol+ and Vol- and push now the Power Button
6.) If you see the MI-Logo release ONLY the Powerbutton and wait
7.) Then TWRP starts (for me)
8.) A few times i landed into the chinese menue, then push the recovery button, with a little bit luck you arrive TWRP
9.) If nothing helps, and the device starts normally, imho the process changes twrp back into the original recovery -- then flash twrp again and start from Point 1.)
NOTE!! If you enter TWRP the first time go to Advanced Settings and tap on --Disable DM-Verify-- .
After i disabled DM-Verify and flashed the Xiaomi.eu Rom the above worked for me without every time flashing twrp.
I worked 6 hours at this workaround

Holy **** thanks. I booted into twrp with vol- and vol+ + power button directly after flashing
I tried rooting my coolpad note 3 by flashing twrp recovery img to it... I successfully flashed it as per SP flash tool.. At least the application says so.. Then I tried to enter the twrp recovery mode by pressing the power and volume up buttons.. but it would only be back to the stock recovery mode.. Twrp won't open on it... Can you please help me.. Also usb debugging is enabled and so is OEM unlocking

1. Obviously you need to have your phone bootloader unlocked and enabled USB Debugging.
2. Connect your phone to PC
2. Reboot to Fastboot using Volume Down+Power button
3. On your PC, navigate to the 4PDA TWRP folder
4. Start the Flash_TWRP.bat file (as Administrator just to be sure)
5. Follow the instructions in the CMD window
6. After TWRP Flash, reboot into recovery (Press Volume up Button+Power button)
in TWRP format data
reboot to twrp again in recovery
7. Flashe your Rom of choice
8. Rebooted and let the ROM load (have patience, first time takes pretty long!)
9. Follow and complete setup
I unlocked bootloader on my redmi note 7.
Then I flashed TWRP recovery on it but when I pressed volume down and power button it opened mi recovery tool so I thought it hadn't flashed so I boot again to fastboot and then flashed TWRP again.
And now when I try to reboot or boot into recovery mode it doesn't happen.
The redmi logo comes up and then again fastboot.
Please help.
Edit: I downloaded Fastboot Rom from this site https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-7-pro/how-to/miui-11-public-beta-violet-t3973921
for my redmi note 7 and flashed it using the mi flash tool but it displays error and says "mismatching image and device".

But I have another problem now,
I put LineageOS on my micro SD card, Orangefox sees it, but when I do install it restarts on Orangefox without installing?
