Hi folks. I've been trying to get Bluetooth working on my px5 headunit. To be clear, Bluetooth does work in terms of pairing with my phone. But the Bluetooth scan sees no other Bluetooth devices. I'm wanting to connect my motor controller and lighting controller as well. Is there any known method for making non-phone devices show up in the scan? Thanks.

I have a bluetooth GPS device in each of my two cars.
It seems it is not possible to pair both devices and use my navigation software with the device in the car I am driving.
The phone seems to select only the last paired device.
Does anyone have an idea about a solution?
Recently I purchased a Pioneer F900BT for my car, which is a stereo, GPS, and bluetooth enabled unit.
I am able to initially pair it with my HTC x7501 with no problem. And for a couple of days the 2 devices will find each other when I get in the car and the stereo turns on. But eventually they just stop talking and I have to re-pair them over again.
I find this bizarre since both machines still list each other as paired devices in their respective bluetooth setups. They just stop talking to each other.
On the HTC side, in an attempt to remedy this, I upgraded to a 6.1 ROM and the 1.58 radio version. But that did not change the behaviour at all.
Any thoughts? I will be posting a similar message on the avic411 site which is for my Pioneer unit.
Hey all, i bought an android head unit for my bmw and want to pair it with the stock iDrive system so that I can stream everything from the android head unit to the stock system via bluetooth and not aux. Below is the issue i run into when trying to accomplish this.
I dont have a bluetooth section in the android settings. I was given a tip by someone to add a quick settings toggle widget for bluetooth and was able to get the bluetooth settings to come up. Once i did that i cant actually turn bluetooth on. I tap to turn on bluetooth and it doesnt turn on.
I am able to connect my phone to the unit to stream from my phone to the android head unit but thats it. It seems as though there is a bluetooth input but no bluetooth out.
Please help!!!
None of them do. its because it has the bluetooth input. Ive heard of people bricking their units trying to get it to pair for bluetooth output.
I am trying to connect the Tunai Bluetooth button to the head unit (sp9853i) but it's not detecting it. This may be because its a kind of input device. Any smartphone connecting works with the head unit. Any help on this pls...which help me to use as steering controls for controlling the audio, phone etc,
Hi, I have a head-unit with android 12 and I need to connect the car stereo bluetooth to them.
The problem is that disconnects every time I try to connect.
I do:
Reset bluetooth app
Unpair, pair etc etc
No setting for pairing mode in the head unit (passkey/numeric comparision).
Modified all options under deveolpers setting without luck.
I can connect phone or tablet (with a code), so I think that he cant pair with devices without screen.
is there anybody experiencing the same?
Edit: So I think that the headunit has a sink bluetooth and they can't send sound like the phone, is that correct?
What solution has this?
