I got this phone from e-waste, seems to be working fine, but it is FRP locked. Did some looking online but only found FRP code unlock method, but it's not worth paying for the unlock code, the Huawei page where I got the code for my P9 years ago is down. So I'm wondering is there any method to unlock it for free? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Check the guide in Guides forum in P9 lite. It was instant for me, no need to wait.

But for me DC unlocker worked fine on the p8lite. I think I paid 4€. I think it's okay.

Hi, I want lo unlock the bootloader of my P9 lite, I've read that huawei isn't anymore giving the unlock code to unlock the bootloader. There's any other method in order to have that code? nvm... didn't notice you're was the 2017 model, this guide won't work for you
If you don't already have the bootloader unlock code, you can't get it anymore.
Huawei has blocked this feature.
