Atrix "Engineering unit"

Guys, I happen to own a Engineering unit of the Atrix. It was bought here in Brasil, directly from a mobile operator... came with a full-of-bloatware ROM that I discarted and flashed the Retail France 2.2.1...
in RSD Lite it still shows this:

I'm not sure I'd say that, since only AT&T unit users have pudding.

Hence, "we".
For "you", you'll probably want to work on it yourself, or find a sub-group of non-US Atrix owners and go with that.

It could be useful for someone skilled with nvflash. Please post output of...
"fastboot getvar secure" from your PC/mac
and
for i in * ; do echo $i `cat $i`; done
after you adb shell, cd /sys/firmware/fuse, and 'su' (must run as root!)

if you have not rooted already)

whoa whoa whoa, no. he should not be flashing any of our bootloaders at all period. You just suggested that he basically lock down his device. I know everyone is excited about unlocked bootloaders but its not _That_ unlocked that a n eng device would use it.

Podes é fazer uma coisa, tenta trocar o teu device com um dev que tenha um at&t desbloqueado nas mesmas condiçoes que o teu.

Well,
Yesterday I flash the french ROM on my Braziliian Atrix que RSD Lite 5.3 showed me the same thing for my phone...
Since mine is a retail phone, I belive this is more a fluke in RSD then any thing else...
If not, then, i might have something really nice with me...

Was going to finish up this but i put it off for a while as it seems there are a few out now already built. Here - https://unofficialtwrp.com/root-twrp/ - I haven't tested it yet.

Phone is officially out of commission. If I get a screen or come across another one of these models I will continue this project. If anyone wants my files I will put them on my GitHub. Just let me know!

YT9213AJ error during upgrade with sp flash tool...... always error 4008

Hello, I have a small problem, I tried to update this unit YT9213AJ, initially I tried to install only the part of the Android operating system, but arrived at 6%, sp flash tool gives me error 4008, I then tried to flash the whole system , but always without preloader (in order to keep the original) the roms that I have tried are all YT9213, but in any case sp flash is stuck at 8%, I have checked the cable and it is ok, I have changed USB ports but with the same result, I reinstalled the drivers but nothing has changed, now the unit istuck on boot logo, I don't know what to try anymore, please help me, thanks ....

Always the same error whether I flash with or without boot loader, and it stops at 8%, I tried several roms for this unit, with related scatters, but nothing to do always the same error at 8%, can someone help me please, I also place the photo of the original starting rom..

I solved the error now I am looking for the right rom .... The error was giving me because the usb cable was too long and had loss of voltage

Another possible issue might be with the version of FlashTool. For me version 5.1824 worked best

Yes, I installed newest version of the app and this ADB: https://www.xda-developers.com/install-adb-windows-macos-linux/ and it worked

Where did you find the "latest" version? And why wouldn't the latest version be the one you're prompted to install via the Play Store?

Ciao ho la rom EU. Non ho avuto bisogno di flashare quella indiana. L'unico cosa antipatica ora è che ho sempre il flag dell'aggiornamento sotto play store e non va mai via (per il resto funziona egregiamente)

Check: 5 fingers at the same time on the screen. Keep them on until you get a dot or something like that in the top corner. Release the fingers and press exactly on the dots until the message appears that the calibration is done. Save the settings and your touch pad should work.
