I have a Redmi 7A that was only displaying a LED light. I unplugged the battery, plugged the phone to a power cable and then plugged the battery, and it isn't displaying the LED light anymore, but it is vibrating when I click for a long time on the power button. Not only that, but I think it could be fixed because my computer detects a USB MTP device, but I'm not sure about that because the bootloader isn't unlocked.
Thank you very much !

So I started writing this post as I though my phone was bricked. Anyway the story:
So, I'm calibrating my battery. Battery was totally flat so I plugged into AC. Was working on assignments and watching TV for about 40mins answer phone call talk for 10mins (still plugged in) go watch TV for about 30mins come back, all the button lights are on. WEIRD. Red led Flashing. WEIRD. Press power to unlock. Nothing. Press power again nothing. Hold Power nothing. Power + Vol = Nothing. Oh sh!t. take out power, lights go off. Try to power on as before = nothing. Oh crap what now? Take out battery, sim and sd. Replace battery after 15 secs. Power on nothing. Plug in lights come on again. Power = nothing. Eventually after stressing out for a little while and repeatedly unplugging and plugging in. It booted into charging mode. and now weirdly all my GO widgets (and only the GO widgets, not facebook, etc) are gone WTF is going on.
this is so weird that no one has experience....
I just had a similar experience. I was charging my Ideos x5 on front usb connector of an old computer. I guess it didn't had enough voltage because the phone suddenly went dead. And than ... led blinking red and softbuttons started glowing on and off. When plugged in normal charger for a couple of minutes, the led changed colour to normal and there was a picture of battery on the screen.
This morning my nexus 4 (Android 5.0.1) having some issues about crash of google applications. I decided to do factory reset so i went to settings and apply factory reset, it was showing power turn off then after it has not been started again. I tried to plug charger and everything but nothing is worked out.
Now, when i plug my nexus to wall USB charger or laptop USB charger then i can not able to see any charging icon. I tried to hold down power + volume down keys but nothing happen. But when i hold power+ volume down keys and plug it to any charger it shows red notification light which blinks for 10 seconds when i leave power+ volume down keys red notification light went off.
Tried below solutions nothing worked for me till now. Anybody please save my phone, it does not have warranty.
1) Put it charging more than 2 hours.
2) Checked this solution too, but no success. http://www.reddit.com/r/nexus4/comments/2cwijm/nexus_4_wont_turn_on_blinking_red_light_not_a/
3) Checked this Deep Hibernate solution

4) Also tried x-da developers solution

Please any body help me. I am really frustrated.
My YB refuses to boot. Symptoms:
- when plugged into charger, white indicator light pulses slowly (about 3 sec on / 1 sec off); doesn't matter if lid is open or closed
- If I hold the power button down for 11-12 seconds, I get a short "haptic feedback" buzz, but no other response.
- If I then press the power button briefly, I immediately get a short buzz but no other response.
- No combination of button presses does anything different.
All of the above is with the charging cable connected. If I unplug the cable, the white indicator light continues pulsing until I press the power key for 12 seconds, then it goes out (no haptic buzz, though).
All of this happens with or without an SD card installed.
Windows doesn't see it as storage, and adb doesn't see it at all.
Any suggestions (aside from "it's dead")?
It could be an issue with the screen. Most likely a problem with the power of the screen. Your YB turns on, but displays nothing. Is its guaranty still valid?
Hello to all,
can someone help please.
my battery discharge completely and my phone turned off, after that I can't to power on. When I use power button I only hear vibe and nothing happens, also same problem is when use combination with volume buttons. When charging phone via adapter and USB cabal via laptop nothing happens - no led charging red light or picture on the screen that battery charging.
I managed with combination power + volume button to go in bootloader mode (on device manager on PC it shows "Android boot loader interface")) but on the the screen of phone nothing.
Also sometimes when use combination of buttons I managed to power up red led for signal that battery charging sometimes but when I plug off cable it still flash, it is on.
Please help I was using my phone when the screen suddenly goes off but the phone is on, the screen is blinking (lights up and off) continuously but it stays blank. I can open and close the screen by clicking the power button as you would normally do if you're checking the time on your phone. I tried pressing the power button for more than 15 seconds; tried the volume down + power button for more than 15 seconds, and tried the volume up + power button combinations. I tried it while it was connected to the charger and I also tried it without connecting to the charger. All it does is restart/boot my phone I know because it vibrates, but no logo, no display of the battery charging, but the notification light turns red when connected meaning it is charging. I can connect it to the computer also and it displays my device's model. But all in all the screen just stays blank and just keeps blinking (like lighting up and down). The phone wasn't dropped and it did not get wet by any liquid substance, when it happened the battery is up to 87% and I left the screen off for 4 hours before using it then it happened. I am out of solutions as I can't also reset it as there is no display even the logo and battery charging display are gone. But I know it is alive because I can turn it on and off and connect to the charger and pc. If anyone knows or can diagnose the root of the problem it can lessen my worries and maybe just resort to bringing this to a cellphone repair shop. Thank you. TT____TT
