Hi there,
Long time lurker on the forums here, and have been browsing around the whole day to find a solution to my problems without luck .
Yeasterday I received my Galaxy Note 3 (N900T), but I had very poor reception, I thought this was because the N900T was appearantly a US model which I wasn't aware of, but since hardware was the same I decided a custom rom might fix things up.
I installed the latest CM 11 nightly and appropriate google apps but without any luck (reception still bad)
Then I decided to install the origional 4.4.2 firmware for T-mobile N900T, now the reception and everything works just fine, but I get a bunch of errors that google app x (youtube, playstore etc) have stopped working, so I get alot of these pop-ups and can't use the playstore.
I thought: Ok I just need to install the latest Gapps for the 4.4.2 version, there's where the problem comes in. When I booted into recovery it would boot into the standard android recovery and not CWM recovery. I couldn't do anything in the normal recovery mode to install gapps. So I managed to download the rom manager through my browser and just installed that without the playstore, after this i installed the recovery, found out my root was undone after the patch.
I then downloaded the chainfire thingy and flashed it with odin, which all worked fine and I managed to root my phone again. When opening SuperSU it says there was some 'KNOX thingies remaining which I said ok take away. After this I installed the CWM recovery, and said: Launch ClockworkMod recovery so I could install the new version of Gapps there. However: This is where it gets stuck in a loop trying to launch the bootloader, and I was unable to get into the bootloader. The only way to stop the bootloader loop was to take out the battery, boot into download mode and cancel the download mode after which my phone would continue to boot normally.
After this I tried to flash the 4.3 version of android with odin, and even reflashing the current 4.4.2 version, but I can't flash any roms with odin anymore as it gives me the Fail! Auth. error everytime in odin.
If anybody could help me that would be greatly appreciated!
Just to clarify:
I am still working on this, I downloaded Goomanager and installed TWRP recovery, but no luck, my phone will simply get stuck in a loop when i try to boot it into recovery. I can still startup my phone normally, but it's quite useless without gapps.
Thanks in advance for any assistance, I really feel lost on this one :/
Maybe its too late but I wonder if it would have helped if you install another kernel when you had CM11. Maybe that would have had solve the problems with the reception? I'm a total noob at this, so I don't know, its just something that I thought of.

Not sure but when i upgraded my N9006 to KitKat and tried to root it using cf-auto-root for my phone it went into a boot loop. I ended up using the one designed for N9005 as it specifically stated it was made for the 4.4 boot loader. I'm guessing the other ones are for 4.3?

I managed to flash the philz recovery with odin, I got the phone working now, except when I make a call I'll loose all mobile network signal afterwards. Unsure how to solve this. Could I flash a European stock firmware to my n900t?
I was trying to flash the KitKat NC5 to my galaxy s4 and i messed up. Heres the short version of why i goofed. I did everything right until i came to flash the ROM, i accidentally wiped my custom ROM and installed kitkat to that and went to odin and it all succeed and began to boot. thats when i noticed i was on safeside and i was like oh sh*t i flashed it to the wrong spot. So i went in and deleted my custom rom (which had kit kat on it) and began to wipe my stock rom. Thats when i get the error
"E: unable to mount '/system'"
and
"E: Unable to mount '/systemorig'"
I was going to boot into download mode but when i went to, it said "No OS Installed! Are you sure you wish to reboot?"
And thats the moment i sh*t my organs out. I need a fix. I have no OS right now.
I need to know where to start. I havent left safestrap and dont plan on it until someone tells me what to do. WHAT DO I DO!?!??!
:crying:

UPDATE: Ok last update. Good news everyone! Odin successfully flashed my phone back to stock fireware for the Galaxy s4 mk2.
For anyone that might possibly have my problem, here is the tutorial that helped me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GL8XwuRYoWU

I'm not a complete noob but somehow while trying to wipe my phone and re-install Jasmine ROM 5.X (I was already on Alliance ROM with NC4 before, installed Jasmine but somehow didn't actually wipe everything) the recovery got erased and nwt I get the wonderful Yellow Alert warning while booting saying the software is unauthorized and turn your phone off and go to Verizon.
I have tried using Odin 3.09 to install TWRP and then realized I used Safestrap a long time ago. At that point it was too late and everything I've tried flashing with Odin now Fails almost immediately after starting.
I last tried the stock N900VVRUCNC4_N900VVZWCNC4_N900VVRUCNC4_HOME.tar.md5 file and it failed as well.
I did read other threads but most just flashed the NC4 firmware and were fine.
Can anyone direct me to the actual files I need to get it running again? I really appreciate it.
No one? I still haven't found any working solutions.
All I can tell you is that when I got that "go to Verizon" message, I rebooted to download mode and then canceled out of it to reboot my phone to a working system.

In an attempt to root my Rogers s4 at 5.01, I managed to royally screw up my phone.
While rooted, I used debloater to block some apps, I don't know if that was my downfall
I am currently on 4.2.2 stock, baseband version I337MVLUAMDJ.
No clue what modem I have.
No wifi/sound/video and can't use the phone. It vibrates when I have a call but I am unable to answer.
This appears when I turn my phone on.
"KERNEL IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING" In yellow just above : "Set Warranty Bit : kernel"
I have found other threads dealing with the same problem but their fixes have not worked.
I have reloaded 4.2.2. multilple times in a row.
I have attempted to load 4.3 RWC-I337MVLUEMK6-20131125124040.zip using Odin and it fails to install.
I have installed TWRP recovery and installed cm-12.1-20150425-Nightly-jfltexx.zip but still no sound/video or phone. I did get wifi back, but apps were crashing.
Help.
Thanks.
Update for those who care.
I used Kies to up date to 5.0.1.
This message disappeared at restart -"KERNEL IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING" In yellow just above : "Set Warranty Bit : kernel"
Update Google Play Service message.
I keep getting the message - Process system is not responding.
I can no longer connect to Kies.
Tons of freezing.
No wifi/no sound.
Help #2
Download Odin 3.07, the latest firmware for the sgh-i337m from sammobile.com, and flash it with the phone in download mode.
If the phone hangs after flashing stock ROM, boot into recovery and perform a complete factory reset/wipe.

Thank you audit13.
Almost everything is back to normal. wifi/phone/sound/video all working.
I just need a little more help.
The apps I am trying to reinstall, won't.
Any more advice?
Which apps are not working or installing. Are you restoring from a backup or fresh install from an apk or the play store? Do the apps need root?
