How to create a VPN

Hi
I wish to create a VPN with my friends so that we can share files
Can anyone help me in setting this up
I have tried to set one up and it gave me this error

Connection error

I normally connect fine but when I use Overdrive (library app) it will not connect and I get the following error

Same thing happens when I try to connect with Allison, another library app.
I can connect to Play Google itself just fine.

Hello colleagues I need help installing twrp because by default the radio always has bluetooth on and I need to change btsuite to a version that by default has bluetooth off.
Which file do I have to use and where can I download it.

I'm having trouble with version 12.5.10.0. video hangs. youtube pauses. how to fix this problem.
