You can check C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Application Data\Microsoft\ActiveSync\Profiles\{PocketPCname}\Synchronized Files Backup though, if the file can't be found in the PCs recycle bin.
If you deleted a file on a storage card, you might be able to find an undelete program that will recover it when the storage card is hooked up directly to the PC. (There's no way to do this for the built-in storage).

i have tried to grab the rom..bin file of my device , but it doesn't work. I have 512 MB SD card for HTC universal, and i get : " Cannot reate file" when i insert the sd card ?!
so i can not use dumprom.exe tools.
It is possible to get the .dll file from existing AKU-Rom file or some where ?

Hi friends!I make a hard reset at my wizard, and i have created a backup of my sms in the storage card, but at this moment i dont remember the name of the program that i used to make the backup!
I only know that the backup file in my storage card have extension .sms ,and i used Windows mobile 5 !

I have problem I turned on File encryption and used it. Later I noticed that it is possible to copy files with ActiveSync without entering password. I started to think that it useless in the case if my phone will be stolen. I turned it off.
Yesterday, I wanted to copy photos from my HD2 but I can't do that. If I copy files by using ActiveSync 4.5 I receive empty files(size=0). If I copy file in the phone by using Explorer from DCIM folder to another folder the file size also is empty. I connected to PC and used flash as a disk drive in that case I saw encoded files, I copied them to the PC and looked in hex editor the files have some encrypted data.
I even tried to turn on encryption. I copied 1 file using ActiveSync and it has the same addition "94ab5ede.menc" as the files I can't copy.
Please help me. Those files are very important.
Hello! I have not rooted Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) SM-J320FN, last actualized this January. These days I downloaded on it and on my rooted Lenovo A1000 some .apks from apkpure. The ones that names contain unicode and ascii characters remained like zero bytes files with no permissions (MD5Operation failed). But they indeed occupy space on the devices. I managed to clear the rooted device with Root Explorer by JRummy Apps and the space on it increased. But I can't clear my Samsung. The files are over 200 MB. Please, help me! Also I'd be very grateful if someone tells me how my device can be rooted or at least how to get Marshmallow on it (need it to set SD card as card for primarily install memory. Now I have no space on Internal and 6 GB free on SD card.).

PS. I see the corrupted files when Samsung attached to PC (I didn't see them in Lenovo). But I can't delete via PC, it says Storage is write protected, remove protection and try again.

Purify found all as "Damaged package" but failed to delete it because the device is non-rooted. Any idea where this Damaged package could be located so I to can delete manually?
