I just got a new android head unit, can you please help me identify it? I would like to upgrade it to the latest firmware and change my UI, (would be great if you can show me how)

I don't have an answer but I'd suggest you download Hardware Info (or any similar app) to get more info about the hardware. Then put all of that into the search engine here, and Google.
I was in a similar situation a few days ago. I only had the info off the "about device" screen, just as you do. With the additional info I found my answer quite quickly.
