Xperia Z (C6603) Generic NL firmware (.FTF)
Downloaded through Sony PC Companion, decrypted and repackaged by Flashtool v0.9.11.0 (05/06/2013). This is my first time I create a thread or make a .FTF-file so please be nice .
Android version: 4.2.2
Baseband: 9x15A-ACEFWMAZQ-30110049-34
Kernel: 3.4.0-gba62870 [email protected] #1 Mon May 27 09:22:25 2013

This works on ANY Xperia Z (C6603).
Your Xperia Z does NOT have to be rooted.
Your Xperia Z does NOT have to be bootloader unlocked.
This does NOT re-lock a SIM unlocked phone (unlocking is ONCE and PERMANENT).
This does NOT unlock your bootloader.

Complete .FTF-file:
Google Drive: http://bit.ly/14wDfEh
DepositFiles: slow download: http://dfiles.eu/files/ohcviz8cy?redirect
Just use winrar (or any other program to unpack .rar) to unpack file 1 when you downloaded both, it will create 1 .FTF you can flash.
Pre-installed apps: Alarm & clock, Album, Box, Calendar, Camera, Car mode, Chrome, Contacts, Email, Facebook, File Commander, FM radio, Foursquare, Gmail, Google, GoogleTTS, Google+, Installer, LinkedIn, Local, Maps, McAfee Security (30 days), Messaging, Messenger, Movie Studio, Movies, Music Unlimited, Navigation, News & Weather, Notes, OfficeSuite, Opera Mini, Phone, Play Music, Play Store, PlayNow, Recorder, Settings, Smart Connect, Socialife, Sony Select, Support, Talk, Tools (Calculator, Backup & restore, NeoReader, Downloads), TrackID, Update Center, Video Unlimited, Voice Dialer, Voice Search, WALKMAN, WhatsApp, Xperia Link, YouTube
(I compared the NL customization with the ES version and changed what was different)

Many thanks should go to Apollo89 for his great guide on how to create these files (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2311211) and DooMLoRD for his work on rooting the Xperia Z (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2327472)
Bravo, good job
Could you please also include the list of the system apps and bloatware installed ? Thank you a lot!
@Apollo89, if you read this thread, is it possible to get somewhere the list of the installed apps/bloatware for each region?
Or does such list is not existing, and each region's FW should be flashed and checked manually ?

No, I don't think such a list exists.
Flashing them is one possibility, but you can also extract 'system.sin' from the FTF and use 'Tools' > 'Sin Editor' in Flashtool to 'Extract data'. This will create 'system.ext4', which, in Windows, can be read and extracted with Diskinternals Linux Reader. So you could use that to check which APKs it contains, without flashing it.

I didn't do a full wipe (coming from Generic ES) so I'm not sure which apps were there already. But the applications I'm sure weren't there (because I uninstalled them before flashing) are:
- OfficeSuite (in Generic ES you get the Pro and I had both after I flashed this one)
- Opera Mini
- McAfee Security (not sure what version, didn't bother to open in before uninstall)
- Linkedin
- Foresquare
- Moxier Pro (I uninstalled this one but now it seems I can't uninstall it without root?)
- Wisepilot for Xperia
- Commander
- Landelijke waarsch. (some dutch invention to warn citizens about major irregularities, not working so far)
@Apollo89: I can't find the system.sin in my blob_fs folder. Only one with a far longer name that has system in it. When I make a ext4 however, I was not able to get any list of apk's. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks for all your info and help!

Did you open Moxier Pro? If you opened it, you need to go to 'Settings' > 'Security' > 'Device administrators' and disable it there before you can uninstall it.
Regarding the ext4 file, you need to mount it with Diskinternals Linux Reader ('Drives' > 'Mount Image' > 'Raw Disk Image') and 'Linux Ext Volume 1' will appear. The system apps are stored in 'Linux Ext Volume 1\app\', other apps in 'Linux Ext Volume 1\etc\customization\applications\' and 'Linux Ext Volume 1\etc\product\applications\'. System.sin is inside your FTF file (which is in fact a ZIP file), but you can use the one from your blob_fs folder too, it's the same.

Again, great information and very helpful! Thanks so much! Moxier Pro is now gone !
Only 1 question left about the Linux Reader: Did you manually create a list of all these apps or can you copy/paste them in any way? Sorry for this noob-question but this program is completely new to me (the Linux reader).
I can't thank you enough for all your help so I'll say it once again: Great!
Edit: When I look in 'Linux Ext Volume 1\app\ I see 255 .apk-files?
NFC icon is present?
is not.

I manually created a list of all apps in the app drawer on my phone. The 'Linux Ext Volume 1\app\' directory contains much more apps, because a lot of system apps don't have an icon in the app drawer. I only use it to compare different customizations (like this comparison: Generic UA vs. Generic ES.pdf) or to check if a customization contains a certain app or not.

[GUIDE] Enable/disable NFC icon
Some firmware customizations have the NFC icon enabled, others have it disabled. Please note that NFC will work anyway, no matter if the icon is enabled or disabled.
I finally managed to create a list of applications from "Linux Ext Volume 1\app\".I exported the application from linux reader and created a list using windows command prompt. I attached it to this message and hope it helps. @Apollo89: Thanks again, but I don't understand how to make a comparison between customizations (how did you create your list?).
In the other folders you named in an earlier message are just a couple of apk's:
In 'Linux Ext Volume 1\etc\product\applications\':
- Neoreader
- McAfee suite (30 days)
- Smallbrowser
- Trackid
- PlayNow Client
And in 'Linux Ext Volume 1\etc\customization\applications\':
- Box
- Whatsapp
- inc.acme.aidda.apk (no idea what this is?)

There are some APKs in 'Linux Ext Volume 1\etc\customization\applications\' and 'Linux Ext Volume 1\etc\product\applications\' too.
I extracted the system.ext4 of both customizations completely and compared the extracted directories with WinMerge.

I realised that after replying so I edited my reaction. I just can't seem to come to terms with the Linux Reader. I still don't understand how you extract a list of files from the program (I can just export all .apk at once by saving them?). Sorry for being such a noob a this !

I don't think you can. Like I said, I extracted all files and compared the extracted directories with WinMerge to generate the comparison list.

This worked so I edited the OP with a list of pre-installed apps

Downloadlinks not working, other/new links please. Winrar says the file is corrupt or possibly a time-out failure, since part 1 takes about
6 hours to download.. Someone else with the same problem?
There's NO need to quote the entire OP.

I just tried and download works fine for me, just downloaded part 1 in under 5 minutes
I uploaded the complete .FTF here: http://dfiles.eu/files/ohcviz8cy?redirect
Hope this works for you but I'm afraid it will only take longer. If somebody knows a better filesharing-site please inform me!

If you are having problems downloading the FTF, you could also change your customization number to 1270-4975 (Generic NL) and update/restore with Sony PC Companion. See part A of this guide: [GUIDE] Download ANY firmware customization from Sony & create an FTF with Flashtool.
Also, LenAsh is right, quoting an entire OP is ridiculous.
