I thought I would post my experience to date and upcoming experience's as I feel it is important for the next person.
I purchased a Android head unit, specs where advertised as 8 Core processor, 4gb ram and 64gb rom.
received a unit with 4 core processor, 2gb ram and 32gb rom.
I'm told I can only be helped in 4 day's time (happens to be the same day my AliExpress protection period expires as management is unreachable)
As I'm going to give them a chance to fix this problem I think it will benefit all, weather they are trustworthy or just out to scam their customers,
unfortunately I do risk losing money on this as their unit I ordered was double the price of the delivered item.
I will keep all updated as to the honesty of this store, may be a store worth purchasing Our Android Head units from, may not be. we will tell over the next few days.
Will keep this up to date.
The type and factory of the unit is more important than the seller.
Seller usually offers many different factory units.
Ok will what i ordered was the 4gb ram and 64gb rom Variant
Link to shop and unit
what was received was the following

Its a lower spec cpu, but can't tell what it is without posting screenshots of Android System information including much version. The app used misses all the important info.
I Usually recommend asking the seller for screenshots *before* buying, to have some assurance about what can be expected to receive.
It's pot luck otherwise, sellers will often scam buyers, like sending less spec'ed units....
Update so far is that their management will be available in 2 days, they will report the problem to them then, and report back to me.
Ok today my AliExpress protection is over, now I will see if this store is trustworthy.
Ok so far still waiting an Answer only feedback I have received thus far is they are also waiting for an answer to give me.
Tomorrow is one month since reporting the problem and the only answer I receive from this is that they have reported it and are waiting.

I am a college student in Dallas, Texas that is currently trying to sell my X7501. It has served me well through class lectures and the "occasional" internet browsing. It saved me numerous times navigating through inner city streets when my old phone died too. Sad to say, it is now time for me to let it go and let someone else enjoy it.
This comes with all the original box, literature, and cables. I will also include a 2 Gb microSD with the miniSD converter and will put it in the unit.
I have only owned this for a couple of months and am the original buyer. As for the price, I will say $725 shipped in the US. Payment via paypal.
The specs and everything I'm sure you know already, but for any other questions or if you are interested just PM me or e-mail me at [email protected]

First of all they have released the x7510, so this is old, and they are going for 450.00 on ebay w/ warranty, 550 nib...helloooo
Pretty sure I'm not crazy
Yes, I took a look at ebay before I posted. I do know that the X7510 is out, but it is just a refresh or this, same hardware, different harddrive, and a conference cam in front. I'm open for offers.

OK, we know the 7510 is out - but can you provide links to ones on ebay going for that price -I might buy one myself!
Forgot to mention
I already have ap4 installed and working flawlessly for those that don't want to mess with that aspect of it. Other included softwares are tomtom6 and a sketching program. Oh yes! I've even thrown in that 2GB MiniSD ( well more like a microSD converted to miniSD)
Come on now, give some offers to this poor college student.
(Please don't tell me that I made myself poor by buying this machine in the first place...at full price)
No he's not crazy.
I agree send me the link for a 7510 for $550 and I'll quickly send my money to Russia and never get the unit
I just happily paid $700 AU for a 7500 (used). These things have kept their value well and you really can't touch one on fleabay for under $600US.

Hoping for $550 AUD + user pays postage, but i'll consider any decent offer. (bumped)
I also have a official Jawbone bluetooth headset for sale, these lil fellas are probably the best out there. For seperate or combined sale.
That's all the pics for now.
bump for $550.
Hi there, my first post here. You still interested in selling? Is the unit working without problems, what rom is running? Cheers.
Interested, too
Love mine. Can't always find my keyboard, and the housing on mine is a lot, lot worse than yours. I'm also having doubts about my mini usb connection - seems that I plug it in too much. Housing by itself was running US$180 in July, but it looks as if the guy has run out of them: I can't find any now.
I live in the US, and I just checked exchange rates, so it comes out to about US$360, today.
PM me. I'm very interested.
PM me... I consider this sold for that price.
Thank you.
Still waiting on a response
I'm guessing you've got a buyer - but please let us know. If you feel inclined, it would be helpful to know how much you got for it so we can deduce a good going rate.
Thanks!
I've been seeing them go for 450-550 here in the US
If it's still going for sale ... I'm in Darwin so it won't be so far to ship
Send me a pm or email if it's sale going begging.
Andy
Can you help me please, as I don't really know about these things.
I found a HD2 on eBay UK, number: 160877136223 - I can't add a link as xda doesn't allow it.
My partners HD2 started failing about a month ago and thought I'd buy her a new one.
What do you think? Bargain? x

Looks good & clean, how much is it if it's this one http://tinyurl.com/96j2tuq
have you considered other models? why the HD2 again?
Its a great phone and it looks good grats!
http://tinyurl.com/96j2tuq
Thanks mengfei that's the one (as your link shows) and currently only for eBay bidding/auction style only, so only time will tell how much I get it for, as most of the others are either heavily used or terrible sales lots. I've contacted the seller, who has been very friendly and and will happily allow me to collect it from him, as I'm local to his location in East London.
My partner always goes on about how good her HD2 is and (from what I remember) switches between Windows and Android often. I've been using a Huawei Ascend G300 for about a month now and though it's brilliant, her HD2 (when it worked) still would do better, so a new one would be best I feel.
The bids are still very low for it and the additional accessories will go down a treat for me, lol!
Does xda have a G300 forum, as I have some questions about it?
Actually it really a good phone no wait it's a Legendary phone the HD2!
with so may custom ROMs out there & yes you can even dual boot from it.
IF you can get it brand new at around $230 then it's a good buy since used ones go for around $150
http://tinyurl.com/96j2tuq
Thanks mengfei, the phone is new, has all basic accessories, some warranty even and more bits. It's currently still at a very low price, includes free recorded delivery and only a few hours left!! So I'm very hopeful to get at a bargain!!
Wish me luck everyone
Hey! If u want to buy this phone, and if u like this phone; don't put urself in a standarts like "typical female blonde" u r extraordinary person. U'll feel it when u have the legend believe me. (my english is bad sorry ^^)
I just purchased a couple new Samsung Galaxy s5 from seller that claim they were new refurbished At&t units. I've tested them and everything seems to be checking out. Is there any sure way to verify whether the phones is a a genuine Samsung or a replica? I was confused because one of the handsets showed a At&t boot up logo, but the imei was showing up as a Tmobiles. Thanks any help will be appreciated.

Sorry for the double text post. New to the forums and in on a mobile lol
Boot up screens don't mean nothing. Use Phone Info from the Play Store to find out about the internals or just open up the phone and look inside....
Thanks for the input Gerard. I had already done what you recommended after doing some some research and like I said everything seems good. Correct snapdragon processors, 16gb internal memory, 2gb ram, 16mp camera. i used one app called genuine Samsung which claimed it was genuine. Should that be enough to determine it's authentic?

Unfortunately, that's the problem with these odd ball units, there is alot of promises with little delivery and after sales support.

So you bricked it installing the Firmware sent by the seller? and they won't take it back?
Well the story is I bought it off eBay from UK as new. I paid £45 plus postage, when I saw it didn't work I said to seller give me a 50% refund if agreeable and I'll have a play, so all in all only £22.50 lost and a bit of postage so I'm not loosing any sleep lol. I'm quite tech savvy but just not quite enough. So rather than waste more time and energy I binned it lol.

Ahh yeah not worth sending back at that point. Probably was a brick from the seller then tho.
