Fairly new to all this.
Had my android headunit for some time now and been wanting to update the firmware / software. Here are the details i was able to find:
MCU Ver: 023055dGS-NBT-GTH-DC-201117
APP Ver: Ksw-Q-Userdebug_OS_v2.6.3
System Ver: 10-8953EA-1
I have contacted my headunit seller, but its taking a really long time to receive any info.
Any help or recommendations would be much appreciated

I tried searching xda on "NBT-GTH" part of the MCU version and unfortunately did not find anything.
A Google search found posts on the bimmerforums here

I don't have an answer but I'd suggest you download Hardware Info (or any similar app) to get more info about the hardware. Then put all of that into the search engine here, and Google.
I was in a similar situation a few days ago. I only had the info off the "about device" screen, just as you do. With the additional info I found my answer quite quickly.

Not and MTCx unit, requested mod moves to Android head units where you might find or get an answer. You could also try reseller.
Try searching for part of the MCU type.

I did not find any update for this type
I don’t know what kind this screen belongs to
From the searches I did, suggested that it's an oddball unit, without any updates posted in XDA.

To enable anyone to help, you need to give some more information about your head unit.
At least MCU version and current Android version is needed.
May be easier to just post pictures of the "About tablet" page in settings.

This might be a fake Android 10, because there is no Android 10.1 version somewhere in the universe. Should be a relabeled Android 8.
Second:
This might be an AC 8227 chipset. You can find related threads in here if you search for the CVD1810 in this forum.

This is a complete unknown system.
You need to get in contact with the seller for any updates. I fear no one is able to help you in here.
Have just installed this model below (it's a joyx android 10).
Is there any updates/upgrades I can do?
How do I get into the car / factory settings?
New to this so can someone help direct whats best.

This is first step. Your device is PX6 STM32. Try searching for help or firmware update there or find on net or youtube.
actually that's wrong it's a px3
It's a STM32 type device. There are threads for these but they are not very common and they definately did not come with legitimate navigation software.
Purchased from Amazon and came preinstalled.
