Hi All!
How to set default audio phone’s output to phone speaker when I'm switching on e.g., Bluetooth speaker which connects to my phone automatically? I don't want to listen anything through Bluetooth. And all my phone notifications sound through Bluetooth speaker. I can manually choose audio output. But I should do this every time when I’m switching on any of my Bluetooth devices. The same case in my car. Phone connects automatically to Bluetooth in time when I’m listening Radio and I can’t hear all my phone notifications, because all of them are transmitted through Bluetooth.

I only want to use my bluetooth for phone audio, but when it connects to my car it rechecks media. Also, the audio through the car for music is filled with static. Any ideas on either issue?
Phone connects to my car via bluetooth for calls only as headunit doesn't do audio.
I want to add a bluetooth receiver to the car for audio (belkin bluetooth caraudio connect) while still be able to use my headunit for calls.
Is this possible? Or will the phone only allow one audio device at a time?
I would only be using one audio device at a time, but they would both need to be constantly connected
Did you double check that audio is enabled for your car bluetooth? In the N4's settings.
And after trying, I can't get 2 BT devices to connect at the same time.
I have 2 bluetooth devices currently connected to my N4, jabra wave headset for phone audio and jambox for media audio, works perfectly. Just have to go into the bluetooth profiles for each and disable the audio you don't want (ie phone audio for headunit, and media audio for belkin) Not 100% sure it will work with your devices, but certainly can be done with some.

Here's the scenario -
I have a bluetooth car audio transmitter. When I'm playing music in my car, the audio is transmitted to it and on to the cars speakers.
As it stands, when i get a call, the call is also played through the speakers.
I also have a bluetooth headset.
Question -
Is it possible to set up the phone so that when playing music it plays through the car audio and when on a call it routes to my bluetooth earpiece?
Any and all suggestions/solutions welcome.
I have a company car that has built in Bluetooth, but ONLY for a phone connection. Apparently, the car does not support A2DP for music, etc. Phone calls route to the car radio speakers perfectly. Even Skype calls will automatically (after pairing) route through the speakers. However, podcasts, music, youtube, etc. will NOT play through the speakers. Since there is obviously a "path" from the phone to the car speakers via bluetooth (at least for phone calls and things that "look like" phone calls [Skype, etc.], is there a way to "trick" the phone and/or reroute other audio to the speakers via bluetooth (i.e. make the phone "think" the sound is a phone call and route it as such)?
P.S I am NOT rooted.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
Does the car have usb? Easier to route the audio through usb and the car shouldn't block the audio through that route and calls should still work

So, kind of a strange question.
The mic in my car sucks, so i dont use it. I keep the phone audio option turned off, but leave the media audio turned on. When I do this I have to manually tell bluetooth to connect to the stereo. Whenever phone audio and media audio are on, it pairs just fine. Is there any workaround for this? Im using the latest PureNexus build.
