Not sure what happened but one day it just started taking pictures/video with mostly green all covering the screen. Both cameras. Anyone else?

Every time I take a photo of something in a little dark setting, most of the colors turn out green. Note that the light is low but not completely dark. White balance is on auto. (i'll try the other WB options soon)
Anyone else notice this ?

ps: yay for then imgur uploader
Its not the camera its the tungsten lights near your car that are turning green, camera sensors and film both have this problem. especially at high ISO ratings
Thats possible, but I've had this happen at two other locations, One indoors at a restaurant.
(also thats not my car)
is that a 350z? friggin sweet man! XD
I'm not sure if this has been discussed, I did a forum search but found nothing. Just like the title says, when I take a photo with my HD2 using the camera flash, the photo has a weird green tint. Photos taken without the flash look fine. I have gone into the camera settings and played with the contrast, saturation, and sharpness settings but this didn't really solve the problem. Strange thing is, right after I take the photo, it goes into preview mode and I can see the photo with the green tint...after a few seconds it goes back to the camera. But in the split second before it goes back, I can see the photo without the green tint and it looks perfect! But only for a second and the saved photo is GREEN
I got the same green effect on my 2.2 froyo. This happened only after upgrading to the stock 2.2.
Any ideas?

Well i have heard people are having issues with tuere camera from the pinkish hue to the green with flash...people have stated that this might be a hardware defect in the device...i do not know if there are any solutions just giving you a heads up...

Ive had green tint in some photos when ive changed the camera iso to 800 and forgotten to lower it or put it into auto when going into a brightly lit environment. basically seems like the sensor or amps/ADC are being overloaded.
Check your iso setting, try it in either auto or iso100 and see if you still have the problem
Alright, so I have a nexus 4. I don't know how long this issue has been around, since only now am I noticing it. After having a fairly high contrast image on the screen for a few seconds, such as the facebook status bar, if I go to another app or the homescreen, sometimes I can see a faint outline of the image. It can occasionally get really bad, especially after the screen has been off for a while. Like I was watching a video on firefox, so I switched to landscape mode. The video couldn't go full screen and I had two grey bars on the side. I was shocked to clearly see the firefox navbar burnt into my screen. Thankfully all of it cleared up, but I'm wondering if anyone else has an image persistence issue. I'll try and get a picture once I can find a camera with decent exposure. Also, it seems that the sides of the screen, especially the right side, are brighter than the rest of the screen, also after the screen has been off for a while. Don't know if the two issues are correlated or not, but I think they are. I was using facebook and my phone crashed with a white screen with lines going through it, awful image persistence, and terrible bleed through. Held down the power button and there was the bleed through and image persistence, along with screen flicker that makes a CRT look entirely static. I'm wondering, what the hell is up with my phone? I haven't really done anything wrong to it, this just kind of happened.
Got a photo. Couldn't find the cable to connect my camera to my computer, so I had to take a photo of a photo, and for that it turned out alright. Don't know how well it will turn out on different displays, but trust me it's there. This is the icon in the top right corner of the facebook application. When I swipe from the right to the left to see who's available for chat, I can see an outline of the icon that was there before.
I've noticed the persistence too at times, like a ghost image - CRT with a static image on too long, so if there was any doubt, it's not just you
I've had the same problem several times before. I just had it again, quite prominent! It stays for a few seconds, and then fades off to nothing.....Quite worried? :S
hey
when I go in camera mode there are 3 screen artifacts, one blue one green and one red, they are about 4 or 5 pixels in size and are spread out across the screen.
when I take the picture and view in gallery, the artifacts are not there, so clearly they are not an issue with the censor.
When I view a picture or a solid screen, the screen looks fine so its not a stuck pixel or problem with the phones display.
this leads me to believe its an issue with the camera app, does anyone else notice this??
Wut?
I noticed my pics are very red in my room (it only turns red after the camera focus) it also happened on my bathroom but I used to take pics there before and it never been this red, I tried restoring the phone and everything and yet the pics are red, should I worry or it's just reflection of a bad light condition that I never noticed before?
Thank you
