Try out the new version. This is for all you old users who may have given up on the software and anyone new that would like to join. Click the link in my signature to sign up. Hopefully many of the freezing problems are worked out.

Initial testing for me has shown no freezing of the software.
If this isn't in the right place, please move it mods.
Basically I think that the market is a bit incomplete.
There are changes I'd like to be made and i've voiced my concerns with google.
Now I need the community backing to actually see these things implemented.

I try and address problems with the market and even underlying Android issues that have yet to be resolved.
Add your input and they'll have to listen.
Good idea... You might also add to the list a way to delete apps from download that won't be used anymore. I have three in my download that I will never install again and can't get them off the list. Imagine a few of those in there and it starts to take up alot of space with apps you aren't interested in anymore.
I posted a reply there as it seems to have gotten some attention there. Some of the issues are already in feature request on android issues, I linked to them. Starring the issues increases chances someone will take care of it.
Suggestion added Jeffro.
Thanks for posting Areinu!
If I could make suggestions for Android Market:
(1) Fix all this missing protected apps for new device / firmware quickly
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=665742
This is silly issue and will only hurt Android platform. This will greatly discourage Android developers for making good apps.
I want to support Android, I want to make it success! I can do this by spending money on Android apps, but I simply cant because of this issue.
And I am afraid this will repeat once new firmware released.
Take a look how long this issue is ... ridiculous
(2) Remove restrictions on countries for purchasing apps
Right now, certain countries like Sweden for example cannot even see the apps!
(3) Add ability to FILTER apps TITLE
I want to "hide" all those WALLPAPERS, SEXY whatnot.
Android is nice, really nice platform. But this Android Market issues are blocking its success.
here in Denmark we can't even see non-free apps in the ma market. because of this, users of ex. iPhone won't even try the platform. its sad really.

Filtering is very much needed. I tend to view the 'just in' apps, but lately its just a list of MMCANDROIDs latest releases of boarderline under age Asian girls. Its really annoying that you cant block out the stuff you have no interest in.
I'm adding them as they come.
Post a comment on the page to make sure Google eventually sees it.
Something I "hate" about the current Android environnement.
There is NO global bug reporting tool, unless I missed it.
There should be a way to report bugs and/or ask for features on ANY apps you D/L from the Market. I don't have the time to dig into forums, market comments, app dev mails/support to report bugs...
This should be integrated to Android by default. A nice simple interface to report bugs and request features, probably associated with the market.
What do you think about that?

Click to collapse
use Cyanogenmod and that way you can use "Anonymous statistics", whatever the rom you use!
Humm... I don't think you understand my point. I just say that for a better user experience, a common repository for bug reports/feature requests would be great.
That's it!
Of course, I can dig/drill through forums and stuff like that and get what I want or report my findings. But, a minimum should be done by developers: at least a shortcut to support/report bug/etc... into their apps.
Maybe it's just me (I'm not perfectly bilingual), but I found your comment a bit "rude".
Well I find it pretty easy to report bugs to the developpers. You just have go to the market and click on the email address and it opens directly the mail client with the recipient and object already completed! I would understand your message about how annoying it is to report bugs if that wasn't as easy as it actually is (I'd agree with you if we talked about WM). But it will only take you a few seconds to do that. I've used the feature several times and I find it very practical.
I've also used integrated feedback feature in some applications, but, sincerely, how much time did I gain? Maybe 10 sec?
I know this is probably totally off-topic and no one may care, but I know that in my own endeavors to modify my nook color and my droid x, I have had numerous times where information was very difficult to find. When I went to reflash my droid x, I spent 30 minutes searching for sbf_flash for Ubuntu! I'm attemptiong to create a website that will be run by regular people, like me. Some people who are passionate about each device, who will keep their device's respective page updated with new links, mirrors, etc.. I, myself, am providing mirrors from my dedicated server. So... feel free to visit www.modedited.com I'm working on the DroidX page as we speak, and next to come is Nook Color. Please, test it out. I was downloading gb pre rooted earlier at 8.7 mbps from server.
If you have some time and would like to develop a page for a different device, feel free to contact me! [email protected] OR PM
I've been around, and am currently in the process of moving rdp.modedited.info over to new server.
I believe that this can be a huge success in that each device has it's own page, with mirrors hosted right on the server (100 mbps port speed), each device page will be updated by someone who owns that device and knows how to organize the information so that others can get to it. Pages will also be optimized to display excellently on a mobile device. The device's "editor" will be compensated in that on "his/her" page they will be able to use Google ads or other ad providor on their page.

You probably know pastebin already. It’s a free service to paste logs, code and other texts easily.
We as Team BlueRidge wanted something similar which runs on our own server.
Thats why we’re now running Stikked on the paste.teamblueridge.org subdomain.
To make it easier for Android users to paste text, we created Paste It. For now you can set your name and the domain, but we will add more features in future.
Of course this project is open source, so check the code here. If you got anything to contribute (like translations), please use gerrit code review.
Want to report a bug or feature, please fill in all details here. Thanks in advance.
Don't worry if you don't trust our server. The app allows you to change domains, so any site with Stikked installed can be used.
May I recreate a new icon re-design for you? Let me know
Works fine btw ^_^

We had an issue with our app that caused us to need to completely republish. We apologize for any inconvenience. I hope my resurrecting a dead thread is forgivable, as we are re-announcing our "new" app. The same links apply for viewing the code or contributing to the code.
Features:
Paste to any Stikked site from your phone
Select a file to upload from your device
Material-inspired design
Select a language for code-highlighting once it reaches the server (including Logcat if the server supports it)
