ALPS FF5000 ZLink? - Android Head-Units

Hi guys, I'm trying to install zlink on my ALPS FF5000 headunit with ac8227i. I don't know how to go about this.
I'm getting the channel mismatch error and I don't know how to fix it. This unit runs carplay on PhoneLink just fine, but sometimes it's buggy and needs to be wired to work.
Can someone please help?

How to update

Hello there,
I just were asked by a friend if I could help with his Unit. He purchased a car and the unit inside seems to be 3 years old at least. I didn't managed to find out the name of the unit. As well as the software.
I do have these informations:
HMI: KGL010.1.1 14.09.11.10.01
MCU: GLD02.140326(54)
MEDIA: MMP2014.9.3.9.56.
NKV: A10.2.0 2014.08.07.11.53
BTV: BT201408151026(C6:77:53:19:62:24)
DVDROM: 13.42.1.FLASH.860C.c.0.
Could you please help us finding the right ROM and MANUAL to update the firmware?
Many thanks in advance
Timmi

I did the search
I did not find any update for this type
I don’t know what kind this screen belongs to
From the searches I did, suggested that it's an oddball unit, without any updates posted in XDA.
Search: SBD_(R73)

Looking for help with my unit?

Hello, I have got a Chinese Android head unit for my car (BMW e92)
And I have plenty of issues with it, like the "check UART" error.
I'm looking for MCU Update for it, maybe it would help me...
what I know about this unit:
Version BM_OS_3.5
MCU: Z35_BMH211206A_SC6
If I have placed this thread in the wrong section, I'm sorry for that, I'm really new to this forum, and I have none idea about MCU's

This is a complete unknown system.
You need to get in contact with the seller for any updates. I fear no one is able to help you in here.
