Ho everyone, today i started looking for custom roms for my Nova 3i, not for performance, i'm looking for something that has some decent features and a good GUI.I haven't found much on XDA, but there is a site called "Tweakdroid" which has many guides for many phones that I have always found unmoddable. Do you know that site? Should I Trust? Do you know any decent roms to install? My way is INE-LX1

Hi i've been reading alot and searching all over but have yet to seen someone approve an ownage rom for My Mogul/titan/ppc6800, i was wondering if people can give some good feedback on a good selection of roms with nice customizations/programs included, also i'd like to stay WM6. Thanks!
Hi there,
Hope this is the correct place to post. I have had a quick look through the various roms available and wondered if someone could advise me which rom looks and functions closest to that of the Diamond?
Thanks in advance

why don't you have a glance at the Diamond section of this site?
After reading comments you will become an expert.
I do not think anybody would take a responsibility to advice you unless you do it yourself by reading.
That is my humble counsel.
Thanks for the advice. I had a look at the Diamond fourm but most of the information seemed to be directed at Diamond owners. I have an XDA Oribt 2 which I want to make look like the Diamond.
Most of the Roms come with images to show you what the end product looks like. As the user previously wrote, its best to take a peek at them to find the one you want.
Take a look at this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=417614
It might be closer to what you're looking for? Again, a suggestion and not a recommendation as theres no one rom that suits all.
That looks like what I'm looking for.
Just noticed that you were using different 3d drivers. I have seen the thead with the comparisons but after installing drivers before the rom update they didn't seem to have any effect on spb benchmark.
Any reccomendations there?
Thanks again.
You wont see many differences benchmark-wise I doubt, but I have noticed the general use of the phone is smoother - definitely in everyday use and faster in some heavier apps and games.
Hi! I really think that Blade, like every other phone, would need a truly real time list of all the roms available. Has anyone come across one? Or at least some type of list? Both XDA and Modaco have GREAT forums, but i think that for many people searching for a rom it's a bit slow and frustrating to browse through hundreds of posts. If there's no such thing, is anyone interested in making one?
Here's one: http://android.modaco.com/content/z...rrent-known-available-roms-for-the-zte-blade/
Hey there guys!
I really hate to do this because I do (most of the time) enjoy browsing on XDA and keeping myself up-to-date about most devices I own but with the S6 lately it's getting far too annoying, hard and kinda weird...
The development section here is far too cluttered with unuseful custom ROMs where literally most do the same and/or are worse than others, Kernels, Apps, hacks, tweaks, ... you get what I mean.
Reading threads or finding a (new) custom ROM that fits your needs is by far too complicated here since, when you think you found a good one, another one comes around the corner or another user recommends you another ROM and so on, a never ending story… Comparing different ROMs never comes to quite a good end here either…
I own a few Android devices and I've never experienced such a thing happening, I mean yes there are many threads for different ROMs there too but at least they manage to get a good overview of what they try to do better as example, also there aren't at least 5 new ROM threads started per week.
Anyways, just my few cents here. Have fun hating on me or something if you'd like so or try to give suggestions on "how to fight through this cluttered mess" the best way. It's just extremely annoying because I and a few other S6 owners I've asked just try to avoid XDA by the sheer mess which was created here.
Well, I kindly disagree with your opinion: for me there is not something like too much development, having more choice is always a good thing. Coming from a OnePlus One I'm accustomed to tens of ROMs to choose from.
That said my advice to help choosing a custom ROM without having to read too much is: go with the ROM whose thread have the most answers (XtreStoLite); a lot of people usually don't do soo big mistakes.
It's the same for pretty much every other phone. Nothing unique to the S6.

Lol, and here I am, thinking the dev scene for our S6 is stone dead.
It all relative, of course. I'm coming from the OPO as well so I'm used to seeing A LOT more activity.
I would like to flash a ROM any suggestions and good guides I should use?
best is too much to ask. there are none that are better than any other....
it is 110% user preference, so read thru the threads... figure out what features you want and then compare what is "best" foe you
I agree with the above post its mainly user preference as to which one you should pick as different ROMs have different features. I would also suggest checking out the PH1 Telegram group as well since you will find not only help with flashing and other problems you may encounter. You will also find other things which you may like including some ROMs not posted on xda. The link for it if your interested is https://t.me/EssentialPH1DEV
