Hi All,
Have searched the forum and but haven't been able to find exact match to upgrade the firmware for my car unit. There was a really good post by expert (****-jones) that demonstrated the upgrade process but my unit was suggested to be incompatible. Can someone guide me to find firmware and upgrade process based on below image.
Being a newbie can experts in forum guide me on what exactly is/ are the primary criteria to look for (just one match of below is enough or all 3 need to match). My guess is Processor and MCU version need to match for the firmware update to proceed successfully.
1. T3 Processor and/ or
2. Android version and/or
3. MCU version

I don't have an answer but I'd suggest you download Hardware Info (or any similar app) to get more info about the hardware. Then put all of that into the search engine here, and Google.
I was in a similar situation a few days ago. I only had the info off the "about device" screen, just as you do. With the additional info I found my answer quite quickly.

PX6 64G Head Unit (see screenshots with more detail) and would like or better yet if I could upgrade the current version of Android which is 10 to 11 or whatever highest I should go? I am a newbie at this

I am writing again because I am a newbie at this . I was able to upgrade to Android 12 with no issues but my question is related to the MCU. Is the MCU another firmware upgrade of the radio? Or does that get patched when upgrading to Android 12? If that is separate, how would I go about getting the MCU firmware?

This is first step. Your device is PX6 STM32. Try searching for help or firmware update there or find on net or youtube.
actually that's wrong it's a px3
It's a STM32 type device. There are threads for these but they are not very common and they definately did not come with legitimate navigation software.
