Today I took an eScooter trip around Denia on the med coast of Spain. With the OPPO Find X5 pro that I've been using as my main phone for the last few weeks. Here are some of the snaps I took. Love the bokeh from the main camera, almost doesn't look like it came from a small mobile sensor but a DSLR that shot of the flower with the coast in the background. The other was the ultrawide using its focus for macros.

I've read some bad reviews about the Hero's camera.
What are your impressions? Here is a few from mine if you're curious before buying. i think it takes pretty good shots...
I snapped this Ferrari 360 Spider in my hometown with my Hero, it takes pretty decent daytime shots, also considering the car was in the shadows and the opposite side of the street is brightly sunlit turned out ok.
mwatson yours are poor to be honest, Cynabal that ferrari shot looks good.
Hi all,
I love taking photos with my phone. It is my primary camera and I use a variety of camera apps.
I thought it would be nice to see some of the photos that you guys are taking with your phones but in order to keep it simple each user should upload only one photo and that photo must be taken with a G2 or a Desire Z.
So I'll start. The photo was taken a few weeks back with MIUI camera app. No editing and no filters. Enjoy
Wow, this is fun!
If no other photos show up I'll just take it as a sign that my photo was so awesome that noone wanted to post after it
pic
i was walking home from college when i saw this hot blond bend over, luckily i took a pic
So I took this at the Singapore airport *wink* *wink*
I don't have too many interesting photos but i have an awesome video of a friend of mine blowing fire out of a water bottle haha. He filled it with deodorant, then put a burning paper down the nozzle of it and it became a torch when he squeezed the bottle xD. 720p videos are great
All of these were taken with MIUI's Camera app.

Took at the parking lot of my work place. Not exciting, but looks good for an original, no filter, no effect phone camera picture

Very nice photo with the planes!
Just dug this one up as well. It's the very first photo I took with my DZ. Ice-glazed tree.

Well, here are some random photos i've got xD. The challenge here is to guess what's in both of these photos haha.
Couldn't find a thread that has a collection of people's photos, so here we are
Nice photos, I've taken a few so far and have to say I'm pretty impressed!

Took this one yesterday afternoon (used lens blur)
Shot a few more today, mushrooms were shot in very low light but have come out pretty nicely. Auto on for all shots, not been touched in anyway.

The whiskey/water was the first pic I took on the phone. I used the built in blur feature for it.
Other than the first pic, with the blur, non of these pics have been touched or edited in any way.
Shot of the drinks and dogs are in fairly normal lighting.
I was at a huge all weekend concert this last weekend and these are two of my favorites.
Stage and the sky were taken around/just after dusk.
Close up of the stage was pitch black outside. Not zoomed in, just how close I was to the stage (seeing Tool for the second time ).

Here are some low-light photos for your scrutinization pleasure. . .
And some more. Took multiples of the pirate skeleton for comparison purposes.
Had anyone tried taking a photosphere yet, I tried it earlier and it is incredible how well the phone can stick together a full spherical photo, it is going to look stunning with the daydream headset on!
One of mine.
Just a quick shot of a bubble.
The picture with the cats is in low light. The other was in my parents bathroom.
Drive to work and casserole for our potluck today
Took these today.

One original and then the snapseed edited version. I do love this phone!
Playing with lens blur.
These are two of my favourites so far. No editing or filters. Just point and shoot
Took the kids to a Halloween event at the zoo today.

Its good pose by him  I always prefer a camera which is good in capturing photos of moving kids . Many mobile camera review just post pics of static objects but in real life you mostly take photos of pets, children , portraits etc

Thanks. Yeah, I need to start taking more pictures.
Two from UK
This camera is amazing - especially the night sight. Here are two sets of images taken around my house. My old phone (Honor 8) doesn't do a horrible job and it shows pretty well how much light there was (or wasn't) there. The Pixel 3a picture is simply amazing however and the amount of sharpness and detail is incredible considering how dark it really was. All images are "straight out of the camera" and no editing or processing was done by me.
These images are taken in my dining room. There is light spilling in from the Den (left side) and the china cabinet in the corners (right cabinet is visible, but there is a similar cabinet on the left side too).
Honor 8
Pixel 3aXL
These images were taken of a bedroom in my house. There are no light sources in the room and the only light is spilling in from a ceiling light in the hallway. The shadow on the right side of the bed is actually from me standing in the doorway to take the picture with the hall light behind me.

You do need some light for the night sight to work. I tried to take an image in basically no-light conditions and the picture came out black. But if there is even a small amount of light, the night sight mode does an amazing job of increasing the exposure all while keeping the amount of noise relatively low.
Here is another one with night sight on the 3a:
Nothing but good pics
Haven't really had a chance to go around and shoot photos, just kinda testing
That street shot was nearly complete dark, night shot
Sunrise
Here's one from our kitchen window

we should use flash in complete darkness when there is no light but result for night mode is excellent
My 3.
I am a bit concerned how over processed the basic snapshots are with P3a. Then I discovered .raw. Now I can over process my photos just the way I want in both Lightroom and Snapseed. Lol
#nofilters !!
Not bad. Anyone know what the dxo score is?
I haven't taken many pics but here are a few. It's really detailed

I had opportunity to test out my phone with a friend's pixel 2 xl (stock).
In the park in the middle of the night, almost no light source except for some far away street lights and a flash light.
Took a few photos in the exact same spot (distance and angle too) and I was getting noticeably better photos. (took a few in shots in the same spot to make sure it wasnt some fluke).
Of course, his photos were near instant and 5x took like, 30 secs to process the photo.
Anyways, thought it was interesting and wanted to share.
