I'm trying to find a root application that can enable hidden or disabled features in Android. If anybody knows please tell me.
There are no hidden features that can be activated that im aware off. Anyway you can add features and modify your system with custom roms, magisk modules or Edxposed/Lsposed (xposed framework).
What are you searching for exactly?

I have been having a few problems. First, I tried running system tuner but all the options under startup are greyed out so I can't change auto starts. Also, better battery stats will not show anything. I am running omnirom on my i777. Any help is appreciated. These used to work on shostock3 and other Roms and not this
Is it rooted? Maybe your System Tuner app needs root access and the Omnirom I installed on my device wasn't rooted. Lots of other roms are rooted by default.
P.S.: to change autostarts, I use a smaller app, the Disable Services.

About Xposed Framework:
If you are not a great fan of custom ROM's, but despite of it you want all the functionality of those ROMs,this is where Xposed Framework comes into roll. By installing Xposed Frameworks you can have access to all the Xposed modules present in the Xposed repositories.
Xposed Modules
Things You Can Do:
You can have all administrative access for customization of your MOTO E. You can change status bar, mute ringer by flipping phone, change navbar icons and settings, and all phone and media tweaks with access to system tools, and you can even have your boot animation set by the process.
There goes the list. Follow.
INSTALLATION
Firstly download Xposed Frameworks from the given link below and have it installed on your rooted MOTO E device.
DOWNLOAD LINK : Click Here . By rovo89.

After successful installation of the Framework just go to Xposed Modules,
>Click Framework.
>Install/Update
>Reboot/Soft Reboot
I dont prefer rebooting at this particular point.

Here, you can see i have already installed, and after first reboot you will have all the active values as green.
After that go to Downloads and here you have all the access to all the modules. You can always create a backup before trying any of these modules.
MODULE YOU SHOULD TRY FOR SURE
1.Gravity Box for KK in MOTO E case.
Gravity Box is the package of all the singleton modules that you can find in downloads.
2. Xblast tools for Android above 4.0.3.
Same as Gravity with advanced tweaks. For starters i will suggest Gravity Box.
Thanks to @Hetalk for creating the post mentioning the working Xposed Modules.Follow .

Does the Module in which you can Change the Status bar colour for different Apps work in Moto E.....
After playing a lot with stuffs to fix the R in the status bar i finally managed to get it fixed.
I have used many ways to fix it but this was the way worked for me i hope it also works for you.
Install Xposed framework (You need Custom recovery or rooted device).
Install Xposed Module GravityBox.
Open Xposed Installer.
Go to Modules.
Open GravityBox (you have to reboot once you active a module).
Go to Phone tweaks.
in Mobile data section check the "National data roaming"
Thanks to hackerpower all you need to know is here.

very ,much thanx.,i bought this k3 note,just shows R in signal bar,,but this worked very good,now i have the 3g signal,,cant thank u enough,,,,br zezam
Thank you very much, worked for me
Hi,
I'm using the K50-T3s (listed as K3 Note) bought from dx.com and also faced this R issue.
Any recommended ROM to use with this? I am not interested in those extra features offered by different ROMs...I just want to remove the R.
Thanks!
How do I go about enabling permissions settings within touchwiz lollipop ROM main settings? I've scene it within ROMs like devbase by _alexandr and some other stock based lollipop ROMs. Sure it has something to do with features.xml but can't find it in my search's. Any help greatly appreciated.
This can only be done if rooted. There are a few options if so.
1. Download permissions manager on the android market.
2. Get a rom like cyanogen instead that already has it enabled.
3. By far the best option! Installed xposed module and then get xprivacy. Be careful because you need the correct install files to get this running nicely. Xprivacy has security features unrivaled by anything.

Though I've tried a couple of these options, I solved my issue. Thought it was a switch that could be toggled on our off through some settings file within root directory, but it was actually a mod made for _alexanr dev base ROM which modifies a system apk to display permission settings within main settings, originally made by Looki. But thank you for your response. I'm still think about xprivacy, is something I used a long time ago but does look like a strong option for managing permissions.
Is it possible to change CPU/Kernel/BuildProp with root and them remove root? Will the changes still work??
Because apps like Pokemon Go don't allow rooted phones and neither Magisk or root cloak work.
Thanks in advance to anyone who replies,
Ricardo Arantes
You can change any of those and then remove root if you make the changes yourself. I. E. not with an app that does it at boot time.
Be aware though that safety net is now detecting oem unlocked devices which means that unless you have this on you can't make any modifications anyway as dm-verity will fail and you will also encounter frp lock with a custom kernel.
There is a workaround though.
Basically any mods you make are likely to cause you issues with safety net.

Yes, you can edit the build.prop, using custom kernel with init.d and script to modify CPU parameters or edit and add cpu parameters to the /system/etc/init.qcom.post_boot.sh
