Remove All Widgets From Recent Applications?

Hello ppl,
I have a new question for you,
Exist a way to remove a search widgets or all widgets from recent applications in car head unit with android 5.1.1?
I speak of the widgets who appear in the left of recent application when press the button:

Those aren't "widgets". Those are ACTIVITIES. They represent the most recent applications that you ran. If you don't like them, then DON'T PRESS THAT BUTTON.

It was enough to say that they were activities.
I remove all activities of account.
The strange thing is when i press the button, appear "the widgets are not found" in the left side.

Information on Pumpkin 12-C0257-US

Hey,
i recently purchased a truck that had this headunit it it, previous owner said it didnt work well - as far as i can see the sound works very intermittently, perhaps playing for a second, then nothing for 5-10, keystrokes when typing on the keyboard to play, and you do hear the music briefly, so i know it has the potential to work. perhaps it just needs firmware? can anyone guide me as to information on this? what common unit it it based on? what firware can i flash onto it - if any?

ive tried reaching out to pumpkin and had no response, and it wont let me force it to reboot with pressing the RST button followed by the "middle button" for two short presses and then a long press uuntil the menu appears"
it does have an SD card inside the unit, which i have seen it advised that they use this to force an update?
anyone lend a hand?

I dont know what it is I m afraid, but it DEFFO is not and MTCB or MTCC unit.
Maybe someone else will be able to identify it.

Thanks for your input. This thing is driving me insane - I don't want to buy a new unit if this thing is salvageable.

I would read through the Android Headunit General forum and see if you can see any with the same info in the settings/about device screen as yours.

I'll have a look again, but I did scroll through for a good time and didn't find anything, seems like this is an uncommon variant of pumpkins devices.

Actually there are no Pumpkin devices, Pumpkin are a seller, they buy from several different manufacturers and sell as their own.

Ipod on Hizpo

I just got this Hizpo 6.2" inch Android 7.1 Double Din In Dash Radio.
According to the manual, this unit appears to support Ipods, but I can't find any info on it
It has a port on the back for a wire harness also after enabling it in the factory settings, it adds a Ipod icon to the app drawer.
Does any have any info on this or know where to get a wiring harness?

Did you ever find a resolution for this? I'm in the exact same boat. I am trying to deal with the support folks but it is a slow process.

Ya I did, I returned the unit. I talked to support and it is not supported on this unit even tho the port is there. They use the same parts and software for multiple units.

Ah, gotcha. I made sure to ask before I bought the one I have if it supported ipods, they said it would so that's why I bought it. Starting to get the feeling it might not after all. Thanks for the reply!

How to disable reverse camera?

I have an Erisin head unit running android 10 in my BMW E39. I'm using the Resler interface and IBUS app and have been working through a few niggles, but there is one that I can't seem to resolve. Whenever I shift into reverse, rather than show the PDC screen the head unit shows a black screen as if it is trying to connect to a non existent rear view camera. According to the Resler wiki page there should be a setting in the head unit's factory settings to prohibit reverse, however I have looked and I simply don't have the setting anywhere. There is no 'other' tab within the factory settings which is strange. Does anyone have any suggestions on resolving this issue, as it's becoming quite annoying not being able to use the PDC screen correctly? Thanks

If you do - one wire from this box is connected to reverse cam signal 16-pin plug at back of head unit. When reverse gear is shifted this box sends signal to radio(well, it just raises voltage on that pin). You just need to figure out which pin is responsible for enabling reverse cam and cut this line.
Pinout should be in user manual of head unit

Factory settings => other => "Prohibit reverse" ( "Enable" to "Disable" ) next "Apply" and "Exit"

No box unfortunately, although may be worth checking the head unit's wiring harness for a reverse camera wire.

Thanks, have seen that on the Resler wiki page. The issue I have is that for some reason there is no 'other' tab in my factory settings, so I have none of those options.

ram is 3gb.

No one here has a crystall ball to know what you unit is, from the hundreds of made up models and brands, that could be different units even from the same seller.
Curious, what does the seller suggest when contacted for support.

I think the unit you have is a TS10 Android Head Unit. The model number you mentioned comes up on my Googleplay account as the head unit I have.
If it is then you can update the software on the unit provided it is connected to wifi.

For those who ask, how do I identify my Joying head unit? I only know the following:

Tap Setting -> system -> About ( Something like that ) and take a Screenshoot or photo what your headunit display. and upload here...
Maybe someone who read this thread know or recognize your type of head unit and you can follow up what information you get.

I got the same unit, how did you get firmware information (which app or option)?

I have this one as well. I reached out to the vendor and they sent me an upgrade to Android 13. After downloading it I noticed it was 64kB. After messing around with strings on the file it's of course just a script that changes my version number. I'm still going back and forth with them as I bought this one because it stated it was on 13.
At this point, I'm starting to look for Android Radio ROMS but who knows.... perhaps the vendor will surprise me and send a real update.
