Nope,
this is not a custom rom just an indonesian stock rom.
Only AOSP roms lose the MIUI camera.
Better to Flash a Fastboot rom with this tool:

I have a question regarding flashing a custom ROM on my phone. My S5 is running Lollipop with the original stock Touchwiz (tailored to my phone provider in Europe) and I have flashed a custom kernel on it. Now, I want to flash a custom ROM to get Marshmallow.
