No estoy seguro que problema tienes exactamente. Sé que Windows 10 es gratis con una licencia válida de Windows 7 u 8.

I have an Huawei P9 Lite, it was a Mexican AT&T version (VNS-L23C212B130) and I follow some tutorials and now my device have the "International Software" (C605B362 nougat).
I'll explain you how i did it.
First I openned the bootloader and installed TWRP, I flashed L31 customization to open both sims.
After that I installed C605B120 Marsmallow compilation and I locked thw bootloader again flashing the B120 compilation throught DLOAD method.
Then, usin firmware finder software I got Nougat update and I installed it using the proxy to send the updates to Huawei's updater.
My phone works so cool but... Today I installed Firmware Finder again to teach how to update to a friend and...
Now FF is completly white, no compilation is shown and if I want to search my firmware is introducing my model manually. The new updates I cannot install it throught the Firmware Finder proxy...
It's a bug, it isn't fully compatible with Nougat or what happens?
The new OTA updates will arrive to my phone?

Same firmware same version, what i did was be in b120 then up to b120 copilation d124 and then up to b362 thas the las to l23 the b363 it for l31 single sim and it a low version not Nougat final rom, it a beta, so what happen with FF its than in model yo have to pit the model tan you have mi it vns-l23c605

Do you think that It can bring me problems with another update?

Si conoces un tutorial para hacer Rollback a MM sin brickear mi telefono o algo por el estilo te estare agradecido.

I tried to flash my P9 Lite Smart (DIG-L23) with the TWRP Recovery image for VNS-L23... and of course it doesn't work. The phone doesn't start if not connected to a computer.
I can't flash back with the Stock Recovery image because i don't find it ! The file for VNS-L23 doesn't work either.
Does someone know where i can find the good image ? Or a compatible one ?

of android not inferior to android 7.

upgradable to android 7

If you have a Telefonica C521 ,(not Movistar), you can try to upgrade to A7 VNS-L23C521B304 using the dload method.

Ahora busca tu modelo correspondiente según tu región y descárgalo,
Nota importante en este paso: si tu mate 9 es europeo tienes que poner el updater.app en la carpeta de descarga. el actualizador esta dentro del updater.zip y si el mate 9 es de una operadora, por ejemplo C25 claro, descargarlo y dejarlo como viene en el zip. todo esto hay que ponerlo en una tarjeta sd en formato exfat.
Luego apagamos nuestro móvil y presionamos los botones + y - y encendemos al mismo tiempo y de esta manera nuestro huawei se actualizará.
También es importante seguir el orden de las compilaciones por versión de android, es decir, si estás en la 7 debes ir a la 8 y luego a la 9, no de la 7 a la 9, otra cosa importante es instalar las compilaciones más cercanas a la tuya pero con la versión de nuevo android.

Tengo la versión global mha-l29 (c636) que es compatible con mi país argentina, pero hay una versión de latina
MHA-L29B_9.0.1.189(C605E6R1P8T8)_ le puedo poner esa, después de poner una con android 8?
