In an effort to keep the RP2 going, out of stubbornness and resistance to change, I found a simple fix for my wobbly/subsequently broken sim tray. Digging through my box of old phones I noticed that the Samsung S7 Edge sim tray would work as a replacement and for a lot cheaper.
The RP2 OEM tray itself is of seemingly better quality (metal) but the nib (pull tab) ... whatever that jig is named, technically speaking ... is poorly engineered. Even though the S7 Edge tray is plastic, it never failed in 3 1/2 years hard usage. I'll order another S7E tray to match color.

Good News: This case was made for the ZUNE, but it is amazingly able to fit the Kaiser perfectly and still have access to soft keys with added screen protection via the transparent plastic front.
Bad News: These cases have been discontinued and i've not been able to find any of these online or in any other stores.
This case is HARD. I've gotten leather cases in the past and they were soft but this one is far more protective/user friendly than any others, I might be able to get my hands on a couple more if they are not sold out locally within the next couple of days, If any one is interested post. (I paid $10 for mine)

Just noticed that one of the sides of the batterycover is bent. The phone is barely 3 days old. I bent it a little to fix it temporarily, but now I want a new batterycover (or two). Anyone know where to buy more of these?

Oh gosh... Best bet is to go to HTC directly? I once lost a cover to a phone in the past and my service provider wouldn't give me a new one.
Well, I bent it perfectly back in shape. Well, 90% perfectly. I still want to buy another one or two, just in case.

Glass of my father's S4 was broken so I tried to repair it. When pulling of the glass some of this black film (?-look at the picture) came of aswell. The display is not turning on anymore, the phone just vibrates and then the led glows in blue.

What you pulled off was the AMOLED display. So, now you need to replace the entire display. You'll probably do better looking on Swappa for another S4, as the prices of the devices on Swappa are reasonable, being roughly the cost to purchase a replacement display and midframe combination. Display/midframe combinations though are readily available on ebay and other outlets.

Whenever I try to use Hybrid SIM Adapter, as soon as the phone detects two SIMs with SD card, this pop-up comes that disables touches, even though everything is working underneath.

I even tried calling to the second SIM and the call did get received, but unfortunately no touches work to select Answer/Decline.
Even floating TrueCaller was working!
I checked the thread on S9 but no help was there on S10+. Unlike S9, we can't "downgrade" because S10 devices come with Android 9.0 by default.
Please suggest a method specific to S10+ SM-G975F device.
I recently took my phone apart to replace the sim card module and the SD card reader (which is not working even after being replaced). I noticed there's a silver rectangular piece (an oscillator maybe?) that's missing from my mother board (see first image). In the second image from an ifixit video you can see the piece there.
Any idea what that piece is and where can I find a replacement for it???

The metal part is just shielding for the components below it. Since none of the spots underneath are populated on your board, that means your MB doesn't even have whatever feature it's for (radio maybe?) and so the shielding is not needed in the first place.
