Can someone please tell me when users with MP5 firmware can expect an update for JOYUI11 (Android 10)?
I have a Black Shark 2 SKW-H0
I know that Black Shark have started the roll out, but I have heard that MP5 users will have to wait a while longer....
Does anyone have any information on this?

Have you updated your firmware since ? My phone is still in MP5 version and still not upgradable through OTA.

You can downgrade to Android 9 and then root your BS2.

Anyone can point me to a guide on how to unlock bootloader on Black Shark 2 Pro with JoyUI 12.5 CN version?
I can no longer user Google Play Services because it's locked on this version and I'm hesitating if I can unlock the bootloader and user TWRP recovery to install Google Apps
Please don't just say "Search in the forums" because I've searched everywhere and the only guide I found only works with Android 9 Pie, whilst JoyUI 12.5 is in Android 11
