[Root] How to get 1.61Gb free extra with Portal and HalfLife 2

Hi everyone,
If you want get a 1.61 Gb on your external sd card with Portal and HalfLife 2, follow these steps :
If you don't know Portal and Halflife2 share the same source file :
main.22.com.nvidia.valvesoftware.portal/main.22.com.nvidia.valvesoftware.halflife2 (1,61Gb)
and they have patch files with data games :
patch.22.com.nvidia.valvesoftware.portal/main.22.com.nvidia.valvesoftware.halflife2(720Mb and 487Mb)
If you have installed both, they take 3,22 Gb(+1,20Gb data games), that's huge.
Unfortunately, du to lack off ln command on Android(symlink and hardlink), that's not work on internal sd card.(I tried so hard)
Need : a SD card(fast preferably), a pc on Windows, Folder Mount(Free or Pro), Rooted device, a pc with a sdcard reader
Step 1 : - Plug your sdcard in your sdcard reader and format the sdcard in NTFS(cluster 64 ko for best performance) if it's not the case /!\ Not all devices support NTFS Sd card(for Nvidia Shield Tablet it's ok)
Step 2 : - Insert your sdcard in your device
Step 3 : - Use Mount Folder to mount Halflife 2 and Portal on your Sdcard
Step 4 : - Remove the sdcard from your device and plugged in your pc
Step 5 : - Delete the main.22.nvidia.valvesoftware.halflife2.obb on your sdcard ( Android\obb\com.nvidia.valvesoftware.halflife2 )
Step 6 : - Type that on a cmd windows :
Code:
fsutil hardlink create "X:\Android\obb\com.nvidia.valvesoftware.halflife2\main.22.com.nvidia.valvesoftware.halflife2.obb" "X:\Android\obb\com.nvidia.valvesoftware.portal\main.22.com.nvidia.valvesoftware.portal.obb"
where X is the letter for your sdcard, a message appear.
Step 7 : - Insert your sdcard in your device
Step 8 : Enjoy ! Now Halflife 2 and Portal use the same file and you gain 1,61Gb.
Note : I know Halflife 2 have long loading on low speed sdcard, i recommanded to use the fast sdcard that you can.
Comparison : Loading screen Half life 2 : (depends on chapters)
Internal Sdcard(16 Gb) : 1min10 (Can be faster on model 32 Gb )
ExternalSdcard (Lexar x300 16Gb UHS-1) : 1min20
ExternalSdcard (Sandisk 32 Gb UHS-1) : 1min50
I've already tested this with HL2 : Episode One, unfortunately that's not work, same size, different name and i think different signature.

Can install Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1 in a SSD?

Hello i will make a question to install Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1 on a SSD, will the OSes make a Blue Screen of Death or Driver errors?
You can install windows Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1 on a SSD, but on old SSD models like 2013-2014 for Windows Vista or 2013-2017 for Windows 7, 8 and 8.1.
But for new SSDs like WD Green (not M.2) and Kingston new SSDs can install Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1?

Do you mean NVMe? Maybe not... At least you will get stop at installation, for the installer couldn't recognize the storage.
I remember streamlining some SATA drivers to XP in order to install and boot in newer SATA HDD in around 2007. Problem was there were several types of SATA3 drivers, so you have carefully pick one which one was the correct one. Wrong driver picked and boom, BSOD.
Buddy, remember, it depends of the specification (SATA/IDE.)
and windows vista sp2 on a ssd? (not M.2 NVMe)
Of course.

Need help with installing Android TV alongside Windows 10

Hello everyone,
I'm facing difficulties installing Android TV alongside my existing Windows 10 installation. I followed a YouTube tutorial and encountered some issues during the process. Here are the steps I followed:
I downloaded the Android TV ISO file and used Rufus to create a bootable USB drive the file called "ATV-9-x86 Tech info Chrome 23.06.2022-k4.19.105-64bit.iso" from archive.org.
I formatted my USB drive and added the ISO file as a bootable option.
In Windows 10 Disk Manager, I shrunk my C drive to create a 20 GB unallocated space and made it a new volume.
I booted my PC from the USB drive and proceeded with the Android TV installation.
During the installation, I selected the 20 GB volume for installation and chose the ext4 format, as suggested in the tutorial on youtube.
After the installation completed and I chose to run Android TV, it booted successfully, but I encountered freezing issues during the initial setup after adding my Google account.
When I rebooted the PC and tried to boot into Android TV again, it either showed an empty boot option or briefly appeared to boot before returning to the BIOS.
I have attempted reinstalling Android TV multiple times, but the freezing issue persists. I'm not sure if there's an issue with the partition conversion to ext4, as the installation process still recognizes it as sda5 instead of ext4.
My system specs are as follows:
Computer model: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. To be filled by O.E.M.
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (10.0, Build 19044)
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) X4 740 Quad Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. F2A55M-DS2
RAM: 8 GB
Hard disk1: VendorCo ProductCode USB Device (29.1 GB/Removable Media): THE FLASH DRIVE USB I USED
Hard disk2: JAJS600M128C ATA Device (119.2 GB/Fixed hard disk media): MY C DRIVE WHERE WINDOWS 10 IS INSTALLED (SSD)
Hard disk3: SAMSUNG HD502HI ATA Device (465.8 GB/Fixed hard disk media): ANOTHER HARD DISK (HDD) DYNAMIC WHICH CANT SHRINK
Graphics card: Radeon RX 580 Series (4 GB)
Monitor: AOC International (USA) Ltd. 831W (1366x768 / 18.5 Inch)
I would appreciate any help or guidance in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance!
