App that turns tablet into a wacom style tablet with pressure and tilt support?

Hey guys!
I have a SM-P580. Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with S pen. I'm looking for an app that I turns the tablet into a drawing tablet to connect to Windows 10.
I tried out VirtualTablet (S-Pen) and it works pretty well. However it doesn't seem to have tilt input. Only pressure. I can confirm the the galaxy tab has tilt by using Autodesk SketchBook app.
Anyone know of any program like the VirtualTablet app but also with tilt input? Or am it does have tilt but my photoshop can't pick it for some reason.

SM-T580 Tap to wake

Hi guys, can someone please confirm to me if the Galaxy Tab A SM-T580 10.1" from 2016, has the option in screen/display settings of tap-to-wake when the screen is off?
I see this as an option on the new 2019 Tab A but I need a couple of 2016 models for a project of mine but they need to be able to tap to wake.
