I tried but the vendor did not know what I was asking for.
Not an FYT unit, requested moderator move to [Android Head units] forum where OP might find alot of posts regarding this unit after searching.

Basically all the icons/widgets are not movable.
Its not like a phone where you can move around icons and such.

This one is not listed anywhere.
I just want to know what it is.
Some say android,some say its not.Its not mtcb/c/d/e either.

I have installed a Joying head unit in my car with Android 10.
I am creating a kind of car launcher with Nova Launcher and KLWP.
It works good, but today my original menu start to bounce and do not stop :/
And if I open an app like Chrome, all the screen bounce.
I have closed all the apps, but the problem go on.
It is very bad.

Okay, I have contacted the autokitcarplay.com after customer team and they help me activate. Everything is going well now.
And they told me that AI BOX with Android 11.0 system can be upgrade firmware to Android 12.0 system. But they do not recommend their customers do that cuz it may be risky.

You might try finding a relevant forum. This one is for Android Auto. Maybe Android Head-Units.

Op, these are not Android Auto and you have a very old Android 4.4 head unit.
The best advice is to buy another - after reading the forums and knowing what you want (Hint, probably UIS7862 FYT unit.)
