Dashcam Apps doesn't detect USB Camera - Android Head-Units

Hello
I bought a Android Head Unit for my Car with a USB Dashcam.
Sadly the Original Dashcam App is like **** and other Dascam Apps doesn't detect the USB Camera
Is there any possibility that other Apps can detect the Camera? Or is there any USB Camera on the Market that is detected System wide?
Thank you!

Samsung Galaxy S 4 USB Music

So I made the mistake of purchasing a stereo head unit for my car that did not have an AUX port so I am trying to find a way to play music through my USB port to the external USB port on the stereo. When I plug my phone in it charges but won't be read by the stereo as a flash drive/external device. I use to have an application that I would have to turn on and off but after a while my phone decided it didn't like that app. Does anyone know a way to make it natively go into USB mode, no a debug mode but a mode that would allow it to have at least the SD card read

Question regarding Android 6 Head Unit and USB Hub

I have what is hopefully a simple and straight forward question. I purchased this unit about 12 months ago https://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot...&orderId=87843158798481&productId=32807153130 and I have both a DVR USB Camera and DAB+ Module connected to the 2 USB ports on the rear of the unit.
It appears that one of the USB ports is faulty, so I can only get reliable DVR or DAB+ but not both. If I were to buy a small, simple USB Hub like this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/keb...-Splitter-Hub-Adapter-For-PC/32889011052.html, connected it to the working USB and then connected the USB Camera and DAB+ Module to the hub, would this work?
Thanks for reading!
I'm not certain if it works correctly on Android 6, but on my unit that has Android 8 i have a similar USB Hub connected that has a memory stick, the TPMS receiver and the receiver for a wireless keyboard, they all work correctly.
Taking into account how cheap a USB Hub is, i think it's worth checking it out.
Also, i managed to get one of the USB connectors into the glove compartment and connect the USB Hub into it, so the devices are easily accessible but not too visible.
Note, if you can take the unit out and send it to a service, they can probably fix the USB connector (the one that doesn't always work), it might have a loose connection, they sometime come loose and can be resoldered to the motherboard.
Also, if you open the unit and check the motherboard, some units have a 3rd internal connector that needs an adapter, not all of them though.

New USB TPMS system not working on my PX5 or PX6 devices

I bought a USB TPMS system from Aliexpress priced ~30eur with external sensors to try with one of my cars.
I've tried connecting the receiver to both the PX5 unit and the PX6 unit that I have. The USB stick that supposedly has the software for the unit, is not recognised by the Android at all. A windows computer says "USB device is malfunctioning". When I connect the USB TPMS receiver to either of the units or to my windows laptop, there is no indication of anything working. It does not show up on device manager in Windows, nor do any of the TPMS softwares seem to find the receiver on the Android Head Units.
Is there something simple that I am missing, or is the unit DOA? I opened the 4 screws on the USB unit to see if there were bad solder joints or cables not connected, but I didn't see any. Any advice would be appreciated.
Some tpms require apps from the tpms manufacturers, not the HU app.
Try downloading storebao USB tpms from play store. I had same issue and this app worked albeit I still can't get all sensors working but I believe that is sensor related.

Rooted ac83xx head unit and usb camera problem

I have the above unit in my ford, and I'm trying to connect a usb dash cam, the unit built in dvr app doesnt recognize the camera, so I installed Usb Host Diagnostics app and the unit recognized the camera.
I installed several usb camera apps and some worked.

Is there such a thing?

CarPlay only working when using the USB port on the back

So I got an aftermarket Chinese android head unit (this one!) which generally seems pretty good to me, however one issue I'm having is that for some reason, wired CarPlay only works if I use the USB port on the back side. The HU has 2 USB ports on the front. The front upper port is for charging only I think, since it has a charging icon next to it and also because if I connect using that, the HU doesn't detect anything. But if I use the front lower USB port and then open Zlink, a 'Connecting' message appears and after about 10 seconds I get the error: "link fail, try another usb port". If I connect using the back USB port however, CarPlay starts within seconds! But according to the manual, the back USB port is for the rear camera, which also came with my HU.
I also have an Android phone. I tried connecting that to the front lower USB port and I could use Android Auto. So the issue is only if I use CarPlay.
Is there any potential reason why CarPlay doesn't work when using the front lower USB port ? Is the HU potentially defective, or is this a software issue of some kind ?
My iPhone's iOS version is 15.0.1, if that matters. The Zlink version is 3.8.34, and it's an Android 10.1 HU.
bump. Any suggestions/comments ?
Your link does not work. Maybe you should provide a new one or provide the head unit description here.

Link seems to be working for me, but you can also see the head unit if you search for this on Amazon.com: B09KH7VQ2N
It’s an Android 10.1 head unit.

Be sure it's not Android 10. Most head units shows a faked version info and yours is to cheap to be to to date.
Does your car has an USB socket you could connect with the USB connection on the back of the head unit?
