MCU firmware and Android ROM for Xtrons D766a / Zonteck ZK-7791A (PX3)

Hello,
im looking for MCU firmware and Android ROM/update for this device:
XTRONS D766a / Zonteck ZK-7791A
My device is not working properly, there are many bugs in my firmware:
Model: rkpx3
Kernel: PX3_V2.00.00012.00.00
Compilation: Common_V1.00.0017.53.1
MCU build number: LM-AND841-7090V1.13

It doesnt look like a RK3188 PX3 device. the formatting of version numbers are very different to other PX3 devices.
Have you tried to contact the seller/manufacturer ?

Its not an MTCD unit - "MTCD" would appear in the MCU field. This doesnt mean it isnt RK3188/PX3 processor - many different headunits use this processor, not just MTCB, MTCB and MTCD units but it isnt any of these (its also not an "Xtrons" unit - Xtrons are a seller not a manufacturer). Try the Android headunits general forum.

Unknown HU and Teyes FW

Dear all, help me please with the issue.
I have unknown Chinese HU with Tesla style 768x1024 resolution screen, Sophia3G processor, 4/64Gb etc.

There is a more known Chinese HU Teyes TPro with absolutely the same specs and settings structure and menu view, but:
Lower Android version (Unknown - 9.0, Teyes Tpro - 8.1)
Another version of MCU (Unknown is newer)
Another version of Bluetooth (Teyes is newer)
"About" form Teyes FW Upgrade manual
The questions are:
1. May I use Teyes FW to upgrade (or we can call it downgrade may be) my HU?
2. Does Android version, MCU and Bluetooth versions difference make sense or not in this case?
3. To control the HU with steering wheel (Dongfeng AX7 chineese car) there is a CANBUS module with the HU bundled:
Is there a possibility that Teyes Tpro will not have the settings needed to control my HU by my wheel as follow (as I said Settings menu in both HU is the same and there is this setting in both HU, the question is only if it is possible that my configuration is absent in Teyes FW):
4. Finally - how to back up my HU to be 100% sure that if something goes wrong I can restore it (no root).

Chinese head unit help please

I have a chinese head unit android 7.1 and when i installed it into a 2016 Dodge Journey it changed my odometer to kn and my temp to C can someone please help me change back to miles and F

Either it is a head unit Systems setting, or it is in your Settings -> User -> Locales (or regional settings or whatever it is called)

How to root Allwinner T8 headunit running on Android 8.1.0 ?

I would like to remove the default (sucky) radio app because I am using the purchased full version of "NavRadio+" from KoTiX
The default radio app causes conflict with the KoTiX app (RDS) so I would like to delete or disable it which root is needed for.
I have tried KingoRoot but no luck, it was stuck at 90% and gave me an error:
Can you guys please recommend me a working solution (preferably apk not Windows PC) that I can root the headunit with ?
I really want to remove or fully disable this sucky default radio app.

No-name BMW E60 chinese HA bricked (files/images included)

Hello, I have a HU. I installed a Launcher, set it as default, and now it can't go to the Android menu, the Bluetooth is working fine, just a BMW logo looping. I tried to fix it, accidentally bricked it as well (deleted everything with SPF), because it's now not recognized by my laptop. I got my original firmware from the manufacturer I think (link K2001N.img), but they didn't really tell me how to use it. So currently the reverse cam is working, the original BMW menu is working, the Android part is a huge black screen (with back light). I also tried to find test points, with not much luck. Can someone help me to find the test points, and tell me how to use this .img file? Only one RST button is present. I already tried a few test prints with no luck, maybe I can memory dump this image file?
