Wisdom Share Cloud Tv Software PROBLEM i dont have a solution anymore

Hello Friends,
Glad to be new on the forum!
I have a problem with my tv at the moment, it is a ´´ Daiko´´ with wisdom share software...
it will not go further than the logo of Wisdom Share Smart
Now i have been looking for a solution on the whole internet and i found a firmware on this website only i cant download it.
now my qeustion is can i use another firmware for my ´´Daiko Tv´´
