Hi everyone,
I used to have the application Feel the Wear installed on my Ticwatch Pro 3, and reaaaaaaaly loved this app.
My watch was replaced under warranty (charging issue), I received the new one yesterday, but no way to install Feel the Wear anymore.
Play Store shows "not compatible with your device" message.
The companion app is properly installed on my phone.
I tried to sideload the app using Wear Installer, but it says that this app is not for Wear OS (no wear component found).
I tried to install the app via ADB, i can see the app in the launcher, but it does not launch and is not dtected by the companion app.
I opened the apk with winzip to try to extract the android_wear_micro_apk from the apk of the phone, but can't find any......
Well i'm lost and don't understand what has changed and prevents the app to install on the watch.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!!!

Thanks for your reply, but the non compatibility issue is not on the phone, where the app is installed and running, but it is on the watch that I am not able to install...
So, unless i can install aurora store on the watch, which I did not manage to do, it does not solve my issue, but thanks for trying!!!!

I do have an issue when using sounds. Customized vibration works, but with the default sound, and the customized sound rings a few seconds later. Quite annoying as I don't know if it is the same notification or a new one...

yes, it work partly.
I sideloaded it with wear installer.
vibration per app work,
sound per app work,
intent from tasker work for sound, but not for vibration.
So this app has been working wonderfully for two months straight.
Magically I lost the TTS notification and learned to deal with it for a week.
Today I verified the settings in the app for TTS and still couldn't get it to work.
Uninstalled the APP & the companion app on the watch.
Installed the app from the play store, Pushed the APK back to the watch, and attempted to setup again.
Now I can't even hear any sounds including the ones within the app that are there by default.
Factory reset the watch, removed wear OS on the phone, repaired the watch, loaded FTW back on my phone and watch and still no sound.
Am I missing something?
Any help would be appreciated.

Well, it seems to be working now.

Hi there, I have just found myself in the same situation with the Feel The wear Wear app
I have tried installing different versions which say they are older than the 2.7.0 but none work!
Would you possibly be able to send me a link to the version you have saved that works with your watch?
I have a Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS and all the version I have tried give me the "incompatible" error
I would be eternally grateful if you could help me out as I need this to work again as its used on a daily basis.

Can anyone help me, i factory reset my watch and now the app wont load on my watch. I still have it on my phone. I like to know, depending on the vibration, which notification i am getting. I tried to sideload the apk but it didn't work

Someone discovered out how to share photos with the "Xperia With Facebook" on Lollipop? I used much in the KitKat, but there is no option to share pictures by it in the LP! Before someone asks me, the quality of the shared photos for it is much much much better! Funny thing is that the app is installed on the device, but not appear on the list of apps to share photos!
Go to Album, click the menu on the upper left or swipe left edge to the right and should have Facebook there, just click it and you will have to login and all that.

agree, xperia share installed on our devices but cant use it in album, dont know why, it so funny, Sony maybe forget it, damn it.

No, no ... In KitKat there are two ways to share photos on Facebook. A Facebook app by itself and the other by the app "Xperia With Facebook" who was also part of the list of apps to share!
In the LP there is the "Xperia With Facebook" in the list of apps to share!

I'm feeling really miss it! The photos shared by "Xperia With Facebook" had a superior quality to the photos shared by the native app.

I wanted to root on my device to install "Xperia With Facebook" share app (the link given by you), but after that I would remove the root completely. It would be possible with the same EasyRootTool?

No! you can't root lollipop, you must downgrade to 4.4.2, install the XZ Dual Recovery and then install a pre-rooted Lollipop ROM. Then you may remove root files, but why would someone do that? you need root and recovery for many goodies to work

Yes you can root but unfortunately easyRoot tool doesn't support this LP yet.

Yes, you can root lollipop if you want to. For the easy way, you need to unlock bootloader.
You need these files;
?LP supported kernel. Eg abricot kernel v7 or androplus kernel v50 up
?superSU flashable zip
?busybox flashable zip
Extract .img from LP supported zip and flash through fastboot, that means you need flashtool installed.
After flashing, boot into recovery and flash superSU and busybox zips.
Now reboot and you have full root.

The new LP 726 has it returned, so no need to install it again. So just find a 726 ftf and flash and everything will work.

Yes, man. The app is installed on the device but it can not be used to share photos. In KitKat had the option of sharing photos by official Facebok app and the app "Xperia With Facebook". LP does not have this option. Only the official app from Facebook.

Info on Mediatek
Right now my Mediatek seems to work just fine but I know that it is not working for most people. For some reason, when I go to the play store and search "Mediatek" and pick the app, it says that it is not installed yet and I can install it. I am not sure why this happens or how to fix it. I don't want to risk my watch connection and reinstall Mediatek but I am sure that if I did, I would have the same problem. I have found a few apps that look similar to Mediatek that I will post below. Please share if one of the apps worked.

I can upload the apk that I am currently using to my review tonight and the only way to customize the firmware/apps that I know of are the 3 apps that you can download from the Mediatek app (Yahoo weather, Codoon, Digital watchface)

Thanks for the quick response and help. Will try the APK as soon as I get home from work. I'll let you know if this one works, I think it will.
I saw another app at the playstore with the same version of the MTK apk u just uploaded, and that one connected directly to the watch. Only problem was that it was only in Spanish. So I hope the apk u just uploaded will work the same

I tried to install the APK, but after the download when i try to open the application , it can not be opened.
The other APK, that has the massage "it may not work" is not working for me. I can install the app, but not connecting.

So it seems that the newest version of the APK (one with message "it may not work") does not seem to be working for anyone. the other APK has worked for me and a few others. If it can't be opened I would check that you can install APK from unknown sources in settings but, if you were able to install the other APK then that is not the problem. Try re-downloading the working APK and re-installing it.
Is there an error message or number when you try to install the APK? If so please tell me and I might be able to do some more research.

ned help with firmware upgrade
I just got my G2 today and tried to upgrade the firmware to the alternate version with Hebrew support. I followed the directions but get stuck on 0% . I think that the drivers were not installed correctly as when I ran the driver installation prog. (as admin) it gave me the message that XP drivers were installed sucessfully. I tried going into the vista/V7 folder and right clicking the .inf file to install but got the same message that you got in the other thread that this inf can't be installed this way. How did you get around this problem and install the correct drivers?

I have had some problems just like this and unfortunately I have no solution. I can give you some links to update guides.

Neither of these helped. I still had driver problems. I finally solved the problem by installing the drivers on an old Windows 7 32bit system.. Once they were installed, everything went smoothly. Now I have a different problem. I found a language "C" ROM dated 04-10-2015 and flashed this. It is newer than the "C" ROM on No.1's site which is from 03-02-2015. Unfortunately, in both of these ROM's the Pedometer and the heart rate monitor don't work. Anyone have a newer ROM that they do work in?
BTW, I received the watch with a ROM dated 07-06-2015 and it had "motion" in the settings which allowed the watch to be turned on by wrist movement. also to answer calls and to turn off alarms. It worked very nicely, but it was a "A" language ROM so I overwrote it with the older ROM. I wish that No.1 would make it publicly available and also the "C" language version of it.

i have same problem with you, but my g2 rom is lang b v1 dated 04-10-2015 where u get lang c dated 04-10-2015 ? and also in the Official website said "NO.1 G2 Official Firmware 2015. May 20" but after download in folder said lang c 03-02-2015 now i confused, have u tried the update from the website, if u do , now the rom is 03-02-2015 or 20-05-2015, cos my g2 often disconnect with my device (meizu m2 note), even they in the close range.

I'd like to install google app framework to nokia 6.
I've tried to upgrade by change downloaded open-gapp.zip to update.zip, ..... failed because of signature failure.
install the individual apk from the zip ,it also failed since "the frame work restart failure many times'.
Now, there is no root method, So.........Any idea to get the gapp installed? thanks a lot.

still there is no way to root or unlock bootloader??????????????????????????????

好消息，不小心買了中國版的Nokia 6 昨天已經可以使用google play store了，只是不能uninstall 應用寶而已，只好force stop & disable it，不必root它了。

Have the same problem as well. Seems that root is needed for that.

there is currently no solution. someone posted the unlock command for the phone. need to see if there is anyone compile a new rom for this phone.
There seems to be one guy who is running Google play services on official nubia forum. At least this is what I understand from the Chinese language.
They are complaining that they can't even install the Google framework with any installer and they are not even able to get the root access of the phone in those threads.

You have to wait until ZTE releases an international firmware which they did for the Z11. BUT i may take a while.

The post said the GApps only working with syncing contact, but error when open google play store, also cannot login with google app, such as chrome

I'm from Hungary, (sorry for my english) and i was same problem. I was buy Nubiamobileshop.com. BUT i found a solution for "google problem". By apps settings one-by-one MUST manually enable all permissions, for all google's apps (gmail, google; google play services, google play store)
When all permissions ENABLED, this probleme no longer on my phone.
