Need help with what to search for :) - Android Head-Units

So it's been a while since I rooted anything. I am not sure where to start because I don't know exactly what I have. It's an android radio from aliexpress. Things I do know:
TS10
CPU: Octa-ums7862
CAN version: VW-RZ-08-0025-B1
MCU Version: Ts10.1.1-100-13-A4C89-210206(GD330)
System Version: TS10.1..2_20201231.153018_Window-Theme1
I've tried some of the ole favorites like kingroot and kingoroot
Any guidance would be appreciated.
