Because SM-G360H is a very old device. There was an active development few years ago, but now all old devs have moved on to other devices. G360H had Android 4.4 KitKat from the factory. That already tells you how old it was.

Please help me I am Samsung galaxy core prime SM-G360H user and I want to install cwm recovery in SM-G360H but unfortunately it fails and show '' Firmware upgrade encounter an issue'' and I also try to flash firmware in SM-G360H more then ten times but it shows '. system.img-fail in odin please help me. This is my only one phoneView attachment 5497843

Use Samsung Kies like it says. Or just download official ROM, flash it using Odin.

I do every things but it didn't work and I also go to Samsung service center they tell that your emmc has damaged so use UFI box and erase your emmc and factory reset but I didn't have UFI box .
it can be repair by any software or not if yes please give me a link of software

People, I've searching in web and I found out that a new version of Galaxy Grand Prime have been released, but this new one has Android Lollipop. Mobile spects are the same in both, except for the OS.
This mean that the ones that have G530~ version aren't getting Lollipop?

Hi, I was ready to install CWM Recovery on my Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G531H phone which I guess it is running Lollipop but I started reading about Lollipop.
Now I have a question. What is the problem if my phone is running Lollipop? I don't understand if could be a problem if I want to install CWM and then rooting it.
Are you so kind to tell me about this?

Dont know about CWM recovery..BUT..I'm sure..TWRP recovery and Root exploit must match to OS version..the files are not interchangable between OS versions..unless it just happens to work out that way in development..but that'd probably be a RARE case..
I ALWAYS update..AFTER know good TWRP and Root has been developed for the next update..before I step to the next OS version..
But..like my device here..came from the box with 5.1.1 THEN one is stuck with no TWRP or Root..at the mercy of development..
You may try to revert..to the OS..when all your files were compatable..and wait it out for the next development..

Hi. Actually my big bro send me mobile from UK. I am in Pakistan and want to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S4. I am not aware of recovery tips, baseband and bootloader versions. OS which installed earlier crashed and i am unable to install new FIRMWARE. i tried different firmware but all in vain.

Ok, you can try to install a custom recovery like TWRP. Here on XDA are lot of threads that explain this.
With custom recovery you can try to format, wipe, factor y reset and install new firmware

so my problem is i cant find the real rom backup to flash it with sp flash tool also i cant get into Downloading mode to flash the device with odin
myphone has no recovery or rom just nothing i flashed a llot of roms here all things what i flashed:

Friend, I think you have a fake note 4. There is no n9100, just n910f/c/g/t... Moreover, the mtk6572 is not used by samsung on this phone, mtk6572 is bad cpu from mediatek and it is not used on any note 4...

You forget that the mtk6572 is a dualcore cpu @1,3ghz.... It could not be a serious cpu for the note 4

Hi there,
Before you root your fone take a backup of your current version.(In case it fails you can still recover you phone else it will be brick!)
To root you fone u need to follow the videos from YouTube.
I suggest use tools/app like Nandroid manager, busy box,Root checker, Official TWRP app also other app are available.
Follow exynos thread only. As other variant firmware are not compatible.

Hello, I have a Tab A6 2016 (SM-T585) that won't boot with the error message "could not do normal boot, invalid kernel length"
This came out of the blue, as its completely stock.
It's not rooted so I have no clue if I can flash a new oem rom to it.
Recovery menu is not available so I can't try hard reset, only download mode is available.
I'd like to fix it so my kids and girlfriend has a spare (I currently use an old outdated lenovo)
Anyone have a solution or workaround for this issue? Or do I just drop it off at the recycling centre?
You could try flashing stock rom with Odin. Helped me with similar problem. All data remains

i have a t585 i flashed it all my data is available but when i try to start the tablet it says could not do normal boot kernel legnth ... and it starts only when it's charging i changed the battery and same problem
