I went to Galaxy Note 3 Exynos Android Development forum to try and find CyanogenMod based rom for my SM-N900 and i cant find any
why is that?

But you could find that a million people asked the same already, but had no answer, because there is no cm rom yet for this device, period. So no need to ask here too.

is there specific reason? is it something to do with the knox or is it because they phone is kind of new or something and no cm rom has been made yet?
I've bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9008S (China) from Beijing. It does not contain Google Account, or Play Store or any other Gapps. I cannot find a reliable thread in xda to install Gapps in my android device (for SM-N9008S model). It would be a great help if you can provide with the link of a reliable thread regarding this matter. I prefer to shift to the International ROM of Note 3. My device is currently running on Kitkat 4.4.2 (Chinese Version I presume).

Hey guys, So i'm finally switching my galaxy S4 to note 3 today, I'm located in canada
My S4 was tmobile version and I loved using different custom roms. However, I can't seem to find a forum for Note 3 rogers, or other models. Sm-n900w8 is the model #.
I'm with android for the custom roms if I can't install it there's no point in buying it. So I was wondering, if I get a rogers note 3 can I still install custom roms, root it and all??
Seems no one has responded. The short answer is yes. Just search the SM-N900W8 in the forums. I have the same phone and have Tamesek's CM12 etc.

Though many such roms have been developed but none of them support sm n900.
