Hi... I have recently got an Android 10 headunit.
It is 8 core, 4gb ram, 64gb rom.
I would like to know what type of firmware it is running (eg MTCB, MTCD etc?).
On the about screen, MCU reads:
SF0-px5_C55_whd01a-aAaAaA_C8_20210121-11:36
APP reads:
PX5D_C55_HA4_U464-10-EN_2021-03-05-1828
It is an Erisin ES8136U 6.2" screen, ddin car headunit.
Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
It's not an MTCx unit.
Is it possible to install custom roms on these kind of headunits?

I have a problem that I am trying to solve for over a month, maybe someone here can help me.
I have Eunavi 2din android heading with Allwinner T8 cpu and 2 Gb ram. Android 8.1.
I had minor problems with software so seller sent me new firmware and MCU to be installed so I did it. Since then, my reversing camera stopped working (no video input), car do not show opened doors alert and generally Car info do not contain any information about my car (before all was working fine). Seller told me that nothing can be done here and that i should buy new radio from them.
Software before update:
Android 8.1
8-core allwinner rom 16GB - DDR 2GB 1024x600
OS Version BSP 2.0.4.3.4 - GDC-20181119
MCU Version : AN6B01 - MCU-V1.00-110401
After update:
Android 8.1
OS Version KC1D01H1-O01-3.0.4.3.5-IVT-20210318-701F
MCU Version STM8
Canbus settings are the same as before update. I got vw golf V.

I have been looking to upgrade my tesla style headunit px3 coreboard to a px6 and have some questions regarding this upgrade about software compatibility.
first: My unit is now running a 4.4.2 kitkat android version. Will this cause any problems for the px6?
second: Is there a place where i can find car specific MCU software (Astra J)?
third: I found that a user here has made his own android version for these screens. Will i be able to simply use that to upgrade my android?

It is Dasaita px3 model running android 7.1.2 and I like to use apple carplay.
The ZLINK app was not preinstalled, I installed by myself but I get "channel missmatch" error.
Any suggestions?
Also I would like to know if there is anyway to update to a newer version of Android and in case I can update.
