working sync with linux?

Hi!
Is there anyone, who succeded getting the smartphone to work to together with linux. I`ve tried http://sourceforge.net/projects/synce/, but I run into a kernel panic, because the device is unsupported.
Is there another way to get at least access to the sd card?

Synce does not work with windows mobile 5 at the moment. You can subscribe to the mailing list and help reverse engineer the new sync protocol in windows mobile 5.

i recently got a German O2 XDA Neo and it's now 2 days i cannot get it synced with any pc... pls someone help, cause i'm desperate because of German OS (sry, i don't speak it well) and a whole bunch of contacts on my pc...
for the first time i tried to sync it with Windows Mobile Device Center on my desktop pc with Vista. but no luck, even then I opened all needed ports in windows firewall. no luck with getting it synchronized after soft or hard reset, restated my pc for a 1000 time and still no connection. when i tryed it on my brothers Win XP laptop with active sync 4.1 german (what was with the pda in a box) and with 4.5 active sync, again all needed TCP UTP ports open and restarted everything and tried every USB port around. still nothing ...
when changed USB cord and still no luck.
what can it be? can Neo's Mini USB slot just stop working?? or is it software issue? perhaps there is a way to flash it with other firmware from SD card?
please help, i'm all out of ideas ...

if i connect my device its ok i can transfer any thing i like (CAB) file its ok i can do it and install it
but snyc, i dont now how to do it

Im trying to connect Omnia II to laptop and use his GPS. In past in other laptop I was much more lucky I quess. But now I cant do anything, no data stream from program, and I have problem to fin a solution.
I was try to use http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=499896 this solution from other device, without succes. On Win7 bluteooth manager I dont have COM options.
Orginal solution from developer site suggest to use HW Virtual Serial Port but this also do not help me and I dont know what im doinng wrong.

Back-n-fort when starting setup Android TV x86 on an old laptop

Hi, im trying to install Android TV X86 on my cheap old 2011 notebook. It works well from installing until reaching starting setup (choosing language, wifi setup and so on). When it start to login on email, soon after i press enter, writing email & password, it rollin back to choosing language. ive trying to reinstall it but the same problem keep happening. any solution or anyone have same problem with me?
