Im on lineageos 17.1 /Android 10 but can only record with mic. The apps always crash when I select internal audio. On weaker and older phones it was never a problem

The camera, and the audio recorder not working. Mostly white noise, and very low level sound. I've tried everything. Jb is worked fine, also the cm11 few month ago, but Cr3pt did something with the build, and the audio recording broken.
But!
If you are connect your headset , the audio recording is flawless. In recording, if detached the headset, still recording audio. But! Next time the same noisy crap will return, when you try to do some record with voice.
Does anyone knows how to record screen with internal audio. I want to record screen while gaming. There are many apps though but it doesn't record ingame sound.
When i was on firmware 327 my internal audio was being recorded by all screen recorders but now i tried 2-3 custom roms all of them don't record internal audio(when earphones are on) in screen recording any fix please help
flashed Lineage OS 15.1 yesterday and i like it a lot except the there is some problems with the audio including(low volume, very poor audio quality, audio disappears when switching apps) and some mic problems as well, i have J7 prime G6010f and i have searched everywhere fro a solution please help me.
edit: there doesn't seem to be a problem while suing a headset its only when using the internal speaker, i need to fix this audio quality.
So, I upgraded directly from Android 6 to Android 8, and now the microphone doesn't work in apps; it only records white noise. All related apps have the recording permissions enabled. Same result in the system's built-in audio recorder, it only records white noise.
However, the microphone works fine when doing phone calls, and also when recording videos using the system's built-in camera app. So it's not a physical issue.
Trying to record videos in Whatsapp gives an error saying to check the permissions, but this error only shows up after the recording is done (which means that the camera does show up and let me record the video), and right after it shows a warning saying that "the file is not compatible", so the Whatsapp video preview doesn't show up and the video is not sent.
Attaching a video recorded externally through the system's built-in camera app works normally, though.
Also, the Santander bank app always crashes on startup, this didn't happen in Android 6.
So many issues, and I did format the phone and wiped up the cache after the Oreo upgrade, but these problems still persists.
Updated everything through Google Play afterwards, and still nothing.
