I am trying to download a Watch Face but the sync takes forever to complete. After around 15-20 minutes the Bluetooth gets disconnected automatically.
Has anyone else faced this issue? I have tried re-installing the Haylou Fit app and resetting the Watch but the problem is still there.
Please recommend solutions for this.
I have got a solution for this.. Install HELLO Haylou app along with Haylou fit app. Then connect your watch to haylou fit.. Then connect it to hello haylou app.. Then set watch face upload speed to 8 on hello haylou app.. Now upload your watch face from hello haylou app.. ENJOY.. But the problem is, you can set only one watch face in a day on free version.. If you want more you have to buy the premium version.

Hi there, I have a problem with my android wear app. Cannot see any watch on my phone.
My LG Watch R is connected, shows all notification.
I am able to change watch face from watch, but in android wear cannot see or change any setting of watch faces.
I cleared cache, uninstall and re-install the app, restarted phone and watch, but NO CHANGE.
Anybody please help!

Ok so I am no dummy. I have an LG G Watch on my LG G4. I am having a problem pairing *COMPLETELY* my Oukitel A28 with the MediaTek Smart app.
I tried this on the LG G4 and LG G2 (thinking because I have my LG G Watch/G4 might be causing the problem). I paired the phone. It is connected. It synced the contacts. I downloaded the App and went through the motions of selecting notification access and bla bla bla.
But the App never connects. All I see is "connecting..." I deleted the BT profile and tried to load this up multiple ways but all end in the same result.
The weird thing is calls and some things actually go through the watch. I can play music and make/take calls. But all of the other features like Messaging and stuff just says "Pair phone first".
I am not sure exactly what is going on. There are 2 A28 devices found on the phones. Both are paired. Seems I am missing something. I tried this on 2 phones with the same results.

Just got mine today (A28) and experienced the same problems.
Solution: Install an updated Mediatek App.

I have a problem installing the mediatek smart device apk on my oneplus running mokee rom. I was able to download the newest version but get a message "app not installed" every time I try installing it. Anyone having the same problem?

Clarification
After downloading the APK file, you must go to your downloads and run the file to install.
Cool suggestions. I just installed the app from the play store as the built in scanner barcode lead me to a chinese website where the Android version was not loading the page properly.
Kind of silly that the newest working app is out there but the play store has a broken non working version. One would think that would be high priority.
Clarification 2
I installed the PlayStore version first, only to find that it wouldn't function correctly. I used a PC to download the newer version, in zipped and transferred it to the Android. Once on the Android, I just had to execute the APK file. Note my instructions of 11/08/2015.

BUT i cant get it to sync to healthkit on my iphone running ios 8.4, anyone else using this watch with iphone?, i can pair it as headset and notifications, but what i really bought it for was the health stats. Ive also read somewhere about some other sync app on the phone that would work with mediatek chip devices, but cant seem to find it again? suggestions please, i know about Mediatek smartdevice and Fundo wear, none of those will sync with ios healthkit..

Hello there, thanks for the suggestion, thats the QR-code link, have tried both fundo wear and the mediatek sync app, none of those sync the health stats, and fundo's servers are very slow and fail most of the times. Such a shame with the sync, when the watch seems great otherwise.

Did you transfer apps with the smart switch? Wife did and phone would not connect to her watch. I had to uninstall app factory reset watch and reinstall all like if the watch was a new item. This is how I fixed hers.

How to install in nubia watch
Does anybody is having a problem to apply watch faces from the Nubia Smart Wear app? My phone is connected to the watch through Bluetooth and it's connected to the app, I tried to unpai and pair again, reset both, watch and phone, allow all permissions etc. And everytime I download the face watch offered on the app and click apply, it just stays there stuck, loading... and it never applies it to the watch, can you help me about what can I do? I have a Galaxy Note 10+(Up to date)

I'm having the same issue with my RS4 Plus. I tried uninstalling Haylou Fun and installing only Hello Haylou app but editor is not showing.

I fell for that too... I connected correctly,
I bought the premium for RS4+, I uninstalled all the Haylou apps but it still doesn't update watchfaces, the custom option doesn't exist anymore, autonomous mode asks for an authentication that God knows where it is or lacks the information on how to find the blessed authentication code.

According to Hello Haylou developers the watch is using deferent file format for watch faces.
there is new update on from hello haylou. now you just try.
I dont have Rs4 plus
I guess the new update only fixes bugs , there is no new watch faces or editor.

For now you can not upload custom watch face from hello haylou only from haylou fun app with limited options
