I recently tried replacing My boot image and got My phone soft bricked and now im to afraid to brick it again or i dont just have the Time but i was just wondering IF twrp is out yet or IF anyone has a clue when it Will be out for this phone.

Hi guys bricked my phone last night I mean I had the pic of phone and pc phone would do anything I had flashed wxjvb gingerbread successfully but the phone wasn't rooted ,so I tried to root with a izimage tar file but the file was corrupt and it bricked my phone I panicked I nearly threw the phone but then I tried all the obvious like trying to get into recovery tried download nothing worked then I took out the sim card and hey presto tried download and it went to download so I re flashed wxjvb it worked phones working great but still not rooted can anyone advise not sure if what I did will work again but if you brick it's worth arty nope this helps some of you
Perhaps it was pulling your battery that actually fixed it?

I recently tried to root my AT&T Galaxy S4 and install cyanogean mod on it. I screwed something up along the way but I'm not sure what. I tried rooting my phone with Kingo Root Tool, which it said I was successfully rooted. I made the mistake of then accepting an OTA, and of course that soft bricked my phone. I am able to get the phone out of soft brick mode by taking the battery out and putting back in, then entering download mode, and cancelling out. That fixes it every time. As I'm on android 4.2.2, and I understand that I need 4.4.2 for CM11, I thought that I would un-root using the tool, and then try the update again. I un-rooted, it said that it was successful at this. I then tried to install the OTA again, unfortunately it softbricked my phone again. I reset it back to normal, then I figured my best option would be to try and do a factory reset. When I tried the reset, it once again soft bricked my phone. I've reset it back to normal, and everything is working fine, however I'm a little confused as to what's going on. My amateur assumption is that by rooting, it tripped some file rooted deep inside the phone, and now it knows that I tried rooting, therefore it'll block me from updates. If someone could help me this, and possibly help me try and fix it I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
Hello i have a problem with a friends LG G2 I flashed it lolipop 5.1 and then i wiped the whole internal storage clean and installed new firmware on it i tried flashing 4.4 the second time then the phone did not boot up and the screen was stuck to an error message cant quite remember it.
Anyway my friend sent it to lg and they said to him that the phone was double flashed and it could not be fixed... I need to know if i can recover the phone and if so detailed steps if possible.

It can be unbricked. Your problem was probably flashing wrong bootstack since you got security boot error.
First, if you can get into download mode, do tot/kdz. There is guide here on xda

Hello, I have bricked my phone when trying to downgrade from nougat to MM. I deleted all the partitions in TWRP recovery and now I cannot install any rom. Is there any way to restore partitions?

Hi guys, today I made a big mistake by thinking that it would be so easy to root on my S5 +, I was wrong, because it appear that I had the bootloop problem, i resolved it by mistake i was so lucky, I tried to put a BootLoader on Odin on AP section, an error occured on my phone, It reset it and it did come back to life Yeah WTF right ? So now that i've got my phone back ! I'm happy but still, I'm worry about my sim and I want to know if someone is listening to me (because strange things happened lately), that's why I did some research and It appear that an app does exist to prevent such thing ! it's called Snoopsnitch, Amazing isn't it ?
I've got hope that you might be able to help me to root my phone properly this time and avoiding the loopboot issue. If you can led me to do it, it would be amazing.

Oh hi, im having the boot loop / logo problem too.
could you explain more clearly what you did to resolve that and is it still good to this day?
ive already used odin3 v3.11 and put the latest stock firmware successfully but the phone still boot loops or if lucky it will get passed the carrier screen (O2) but then as soon as i restart the phone it will boot loop again. (or boot loop randomly, if i dont restart it myself, eventually).
I havent tried TWRP or PIT as im a basic user and just wanted the stock rom.
Any updated advice? ...im worried its the memory/emmc/hardware prob
