All partitions are deleted due to a wrong step shown in the tutorial. I can only access the GPT disk with the loader (prog_emmc *). Nothing appears to be related to mmcblk using lsblk.
How can I repair my phone corrupted GPTable I couldn't use gdisk sgdisk because of it no showing device

I am getting an error popup after every startup,and dont know whats the reason.
It says UIDs on the system are inconsistent,you need to wipe your data partition.
Hints to understand the error-
1.I am on Turbo ROM V3,
2.I have been using Lucky patcher(the popup is generated by LuckyPatcher I guess)
3.I have partition in sdcard for using link2sd
Anyone who has the reason and solution must reply.
