My Android Head Unit Updateable or Not?

Need help guys if my android head unit can be updated or not? If it can be updated, how will I do it and where can I download the needed files?
Also don't know what brand of Android head unit it is.

[IDENTIFY] Does anyone know the model of this headunit?

Hey guys, apologies if this isnt the correct space to be posting.
Reccently purchased a Toyota Hilux, car has this strange headunit in it running some super slow program.
Was hoping that someone would be able to identify the model or what software the headunit is running and if its possible for me to upgrade to a more basic software to improve speeds?

How to root and get cwm in Android 9 head unit

Hello. I bought Chinese head unit with Android 9. Can someone tell me how I can get on this unit in cwm and how get root? Maybe someone know what custom rom works well on this head unit?
