Unknown Android 4.4.4 Generic Head Unit

Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to find out any information I can about a head unit that I've recently bought, i.e. any software/firmware updates, make, rootable etc. The trouble is I have no idea what it is. I've taken all the settings information that I can (below) so hopefully one of you knowledgeable peeps should be able to provide me with some info:

Has anyone tried updaing from a PX3 to PX5??

I ran across an update board for the MTCD PX3 head units to install the PX5/Android 6.0 system. Has anyone tried these? I'm specifically interested in purchasing the Xtrons PF75JCCAP, but I want to have the octa-core PX5 Android 6.0 setup. I believe that this unit can be upgraded using this core board, but would like confirmation from someone that has one (or one similar). Any thoughts? Help! Please

i have ac822x chainnes head unit.. and i installed canbus app new version 4.7.7 but after that it crashed and i dont want to make factory reset for all unit.. i cant go back to previous versions.. and i searched for an old version but i dont found any thing.. please help me with that apk for android 4.2

Rocketchip A53 PX5 G6110 - What MTC? Can it be upgraded to android 10?

I have the following PX5 installed in the vehicle I purchased and I want to upgrade the android os to get android auto and to make the apps work. I was wondering if you can help me find out what MTC? version I have
I also don't have any volume buttons on the unit? how can we permanently put these on the screen?

XY Auto head unit bootloop

Hi!
I would like to ask for a factory or new firmware, because my Ossuret head unit make bootloop.
2GB+32GB, Quad core, 8", Android 10, bough from Ossuret Factory store. The RST button reset not working.
