Hi everyone, when I get a phone call, the smartphone freezes on the screen and restarts. I already cleared cache and did a hard reset, but it doesn't work. Please help me.

I have not experienced this problem until last week. The MDA2 just hangs in between tasks, when idle, or when in suspend mode, but I can still see the green signal led blinking. I can actually call the phone but don't hear it ringing nor can answer it. What I have discovered is that it last a bit longer if I keep the phone application on the foreground. But still it will hang eventually. :x
I tried to hard reset it and use factory defaults but same thing happens, I even tried some other SIM cards, same results, I even tried using it without any SD memory... same thing....
Any ideas?
Somebody recommend me to install a newer firmware, but how come it was working fine and all of a sudden it developed this problem? I don't belive the problem is that it's a Microsoft OS, since even a hard reset does not clear the problem... :?:

everything was going well to the customization insatter started,
it's been "installing" inhand_signed.cab for about 30 minutes now,
it's not frozen, because i can turn it to horisontal and it turns without any problems, and i have tried a soft reset
so what to do?

I've been using it for 5 weeks but suddenly touchscreen stopped responding.
I've tryed reseting it, factory reset, but nothing worked.
Do you know how can I fix this? I'm pretty sure that my touch works fine because sometimes when I shake the device it works again but after few hours it stops to respond again!

Try this - reinstall battery, turn telephone on and leave it on opening screen for 2-4 minutes. I have problem with not responding touchscreen and I realised that after that time of continuous screen working it starts to work again. But only till I turn it off - then it is not responding again.
Was adding contacts to my phone when the app Smart Phone(pre-installed app) would stop working in the middle of me adding contacts. I wrote down all of the existing contacts i had and proceeded to reset my phone. So i erased all data and reset my phone. once it restarted i got the message "Unfortunately the Process.com.android.phone Has Stopped". I looked online and watched several youtube videos on how to resolve issue. i went into smart phone app and cleared all data. I've tried everything and turning to the professionals here at XDA. PLZ HELP!!!
It appears that this is happening to any that does a reset. I did the same thing and it also died..
Not sure where to go. Sprint is not helping. I have tried several you tube tutorials and non of them has worked. I think that issue is that the master clear and reset using the power and volume - does not clear the cache partition and sprint/lg have disabled this feature on the reset screen. So we are screwed until someone can figure this out.
Ever since the latest update, the speaker will only work for about a minute or two after bootup. Most the time after bootup it doesn't work at all. Resetting the cash in recovery will make it work for those few precious minutes. Factory reset, no go either. Until this is fixed I cant make or receive calls/use any media or that app will crash. PLz Help.
